If you don't want to trust my file, you can make the changes yourself. pak0.pak is the default files. If you open the files from this mod and compare em to the real files, you can make the changes the mod does.
Mod writer dude, feel free to just take this file and put it up as latest version, i didn't do anything except take your mod and put it in place with latest version.
EDIT: I made some changes, icons won't stay on screen for so long and from such a far distance (shops and missions)
Hey! Thanks for your file. It works fine! I've managed to deal with crashes I've meant earlier and it was not your mod, sorry :3 Yet it was weird, because crash-causing things sometimes worked normal...
Found my game crashing when I open the doors sometimes, so your file didn't work for me. Though "survival sense" really worked as I wish, but crashes make game impossible to play in. Just leaving this comment for those, who meet same problem.
a lot of bugs people are reporting, i noticed straight away my toon has lost its running and movement animations, just glides around. had to remove the mod even though i really want the increased survival sense

after installing your mod I can no longer takedown zombies or enemies... you broke my game
1. No exp for parkour and fighting at day
2. No possibility to kill zombies in stealth mode
