Just in case this mod isn't working for anyone, In the file structure for this mod, it goes: \data2\scripts\varlist\color_grading\varlist_street_desaturation.scr but the file structure for the current version of the game (v1.4 - 6/17/2022) is:\data0\scripts\varlists\color_grading\varlist_street_desaturation.scr
the difference being the varlists folder is plural in the base game's files. Not certain if that breaks the mod, just thought I'd let people know in case it does.
From what I understand the mod removes the game's saturation, but one thing I don't understand is that it's not a reshade, it's a modification in the game file itself. In this modification, did you change any command line on the mod or did you disable/remove any lines? What I would really like to know, if this saturation that the game has, is a separate command line, for example, let's assume that the game already had a "standard" coloring so the developers chose to add a "command line " that added that extra saturation that you removed. Or if you edited the file yourself and lowered the saturation to your liking? Value by value.

This is actually a very easy to use and understand.
About your question, yes of course the desaturarion (in this case is in street level) is using different line and diferent colorgrading.
This happens in different places like GRE hospital, bazar, fish eye etc.....
The normal or default cgl config is "default_clg.dds". Nobody can't edit colorgrading itself, unfortunately.
