   This might be a super stupid question but how do I use this? When I open the game and come to the title screen, there is no saved games and if I start a new one, it just starts me at the beginning of the game.

      steam/userdata/(some number)/534380/remote/out/save 
      
      rename it to an already existing safe.

       Any chance you know the appropriate offsets for the Paraglider and Levels? 
       I have a glitch in my game which TechLand hasn't fixed for nearly 3 weeks and it's preventing me from using the upgraded Paraglider.
       
       I'm wondering if maybe with some of your knowledge I can fix my save file.
