I was messing around with the charms code and came to this conclusion. If you own the dlc and make the charms a craftable you can buy the charm but if you put a dlc charm into the craftable section that you don't own it won't let you buy it. At least thats what i found from my testing.
The charm will show up in the vendor but it doesn't have a currency or buy button. Unless you own the dlc.
Yeah, but rather than give little kids the ability to go and yk, "hack" their way into getting them for free, because I know there's gonna be people making a way into tricking the game into thinking they bought the DLC, I rather keep them locked, also hopefully you didn't see my comments left around the code that enables the charms to be buyable ;-;
