What is this mod?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This mod is the True Immersion Mod AKA TIM. T.I.M. aims to boost immersion by removing excessive and unnecessary descriptions and intrusive / repetitive texts or images while still giving you ALL of the useful information you would need in an instant.
You will need some time to adapt to TIM, but you will never want to go back to the original after giving it a try!

This mod removes or replaces ...:
- Some item icon and stats
- The AGILITY, POWER and DRIVING XP BARS (moved and minimized)
(Check the images. From top to bottom: Hitpoints, Agility, Fighting. When in the buggy, Agi and Fighting are replaced with Driving. Nifty eh?)
- The health bar has been moved and minimized and was merged with The MEDKIT INDICATOR
- Weapon indicators - (Use TAB to check your items. This is customizable in the game options)
- Gadget indicators - (Use 1 to check your items. This is customizable in the game options)
- Quest objective texts (but not the quest marker)
- The full radar is removed in all difficulties. (Oh yea! Time to put those ears to good use. If you are feeling lost, use the in-game map to set waypoints for yourself. Default button: M )
- Redundant descriptions and texts that nobody needs to see are removed. Action buttons are still visible E, F, etc .(PrEsS e tO rOtAtE, duh?)
- The original skill bars and XP pop-ups have been removed. It finally will be a survival game, not a simulator. Daas da Good shieeet.
- Community event description texts ANNIHILATED because i hate that they are ALWAYS there. I want the event, just not the clutter. (The Easter event made me do this mod. I hated it that much lol)
- And possibly other misc items i forgot to list.
...For the sake of immersion.

Note:
As an exception All of the trap activators were left as is. In version 1.0.0 I disabled the trap activation texts, but then came to the conclusion that they are better left in with the text because that way the traps were too easy to miss, You usually you use traps as soon as the prompts come up anyway. Damned pursuits :D
Installation:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
If your game is original:
1. Make a new folder in your main game and name it BACKUP_DATA_3.
Move or copy your ORIGINAL data3.pak into this new folder.
DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
2. Download the mod manually to your preferred location and rename the file itself to Data3.pak. If asked if you are sure, say yes. Move this new Data3.pak into the dying light folder where you found the original Data3.pak. Play.
Tip: If you dont know where this file is located on your pc use the search function to find "data3.pak)
If you have other mods
Merge your data3.pak to include my file. Should work fine. If not add 2 subfolders: Data->menu->hud and copy my file here.
Uninstallation:

Just copy your original data3.pak from BACKUP_DATA_3 folder to dying light\DW and when asked: Overwrite.
IMPORTANT: Dying Light multiplayer is only possible between players with the same data3.pak. If you use this (or any other) mod and want to play
with friends, all players will need to have the SAME data3.pak. It is silly, but it is how Techland has made this game. Not an issue if you
play single-player. A simple solution is this just send over your own file if they play hard to convince lol. And Yes. if all of you play with this mod, multiplayer is possible =)
This mod is made for 16:9 screens, and it will not be updated to include others unfortunately. For those, please use the mod i

Please note that T.I.M. is a more advanced version of the original by jclmsn which seems abandoned at this point =(
