Mod Parts This repository is for my own reference and for others to follow in my footsteps as I learn how to mod Dying Light and tweak bits here and there. The main reason for making all these parts individually is that there are many mod compilations out there, but few individual tweaks. And sometimes I have discovered little unadvertised edits within a mod that has nothing to do with what the mod is supposed to be about.
"I'd like to combine these pieces." Each zip file here contains a single edit/goal along with in-file programmer's notes on what values were changed and a text document outlining those changes. (Thanks to StinVec for the inspiration of good coding practice.) Combining these into a working data3.pak is somewhat straightforward. Each zip contains the full and proper path for the edited file. In the event that two parts edit the same file, simply open both files and copy the lines over. I highly recommend Visual Studio Code for this.
