This is a personal mod I've been using for a while now and wanted to share.
I managed to tweak the random virals from spawning. Now, instead of a viral popping out of a sewer, from under a car or through a door, it'll just be a regular zombie instead. Making loud noises will still spawn them as usual.
Not sure about The Following compatibility, I have not even started that DLC yet so I cannot test it.
