(Initial Release)
Removes all flying soot and dust particles from the 3 current map areas
- Slums/Old Town Areas (Base Game)
- Bozak Stadium (DLC Area)
- The Countryside (DLC Area)
__________________________________________________________________________________________
· Completely disables flying soot and dust particles on all open world maps, quests, missions and story instances for the area that is installed. ·
· As the mod disables the particles from even being generated, you should see an improved frame rate due to the disabled particle generation freeing up processing cycles that would still be required if they were simply made invisible. ·
Installation Note The Slums/Old Town map areas utilize the standard Data3.pak file for installation. However, just as it is with my No Night Hunters mod, disabling the soot and dust in The Countryside, Bozak Stadium and Prison DLC map areas requires non-standard installation. i.e. As they are DLC areas and the files that are being modified are in the DLC pak files, those maps require adding the mod's file(s) directly to those DLC pak files instead of being installed via the standard Data3.pak file. !!! Always make backup copies of official pak files being altered prior to installation.
