This allows you to play as most monsters from DS2 & BW

From testing myself, I don't believe this is compatible with Legendary Mod.
May also be incompatible with other mods, but from testing I found Monster Trip - (Playable Monsters)
to be compatible with most mods instead. But you have way less variety if you choose Monster Trip.
But give PME a shot anyway! It may just be my end!
