   I'm getting dealers at a DRAMATICALLY reduced pace. I'm at level 25, i have every sector unlocked, and i only have 4 dealers, all of them are in west and east old town. Is this an undocumented change in the modpack, or a bug?

      Sounds like a bad luck with the seed. Nothing in this modpack touches the time it takes for dealers to request to be dealers. I use the modpack and have no problems.

      did you use the tutorial save game too? i'm using that and i seem to be getting very poor rates for dealers as well
