EJ, These replace vanilla armor. The replacement info is in fluffy description. Go to a vendor and buy the respective armor or easiest is to use Transmogify mod.

even thou i dont usually use male pawns...because of this outfit i might have to break my all-girl team to at least add one dashing human or beastern to the group to wear this...

No, you’d also have to change the mesh id as well. The problem with these outfits is that they are distinctly for males. Even if you change those values it won’t work properly like boobs sticking out the chest etc
