Simplified version of Time Scaler by lingsamuel

Automatic scale time by default.
Re-apply scale when game system has altered the scaling value.

Scaling in-game clock will affect time-based behavior, but won't affect player/NPCs/monsters' action speed.

example of time-based behavior:
  • Some NPCs' location
  • Monsters' appearance (e.g. un-dead only appear at night)
  • Time limited quest, slower the clock, longer real-world time you can do the quest.
  • Departing of an oxcart, the slower in-game clock goes, the longer real-world time you have to wait after you board the cart
