Update 1.1 - Optional Detailed Skin. This is important to both mod creators and users. Many high quality texture files are being ignored by the game's code. I have no idea why, but I'm looking for potential causes, along with the help of fellow mod creators at the Modding Haven Discord. Additionally, when the game ignores the 2k Vanilla files in the default folders, it'll load the low detail 1k file instead. Replacing those with anything above 2k will horribly downsample it back to 2k, which looks worse than 2k vanilla textures. tl;dr, many 4k texture mods are useless and eat up VRAM, with no visual benefit. Downscale them to 2k until either one of us fixes the issue, or when Capcom releases an official patch to address this insane error.
Update 1.0 - Texture Patch: How load order works in Fluffy Mod Manager: Which ever mod you've enabled last, will be the last one loaded. You can save this to a mod list preset, which retains the load order. To mod creators: If your mods do not edit nrmr.tex or nrm.tex files, then our mods are fully compatible, and will not conflict.
This mod doesn't change anything on my end. It's properly enabled in Fluffy, but nothing happens in-game. It's impossible to reorder mods in Fluffy with DD2, so I don't understand the rule about having to load it last.
Why do the optional files download so ungodly slow, it's gonna take 10 hours for mine even though i have excellent internet and the other mods i downloaded are near instant. Compared to the first file, which was larger, it will take ages.
It says on vortex that the texture patch is invalid and that it tried to install files that were not part of the archive and it does not appear in fluffy mod manager? Only the detailed skin appears.
EDIT: Nvm fixed, it turns out I just ran out of storage.
Great mod, they should hire you! :D But seriously, it looks so much better and runs smoother ... don't know how, but it does. And this 1 year after release, it's still the same nightmare.

Your customization looks gorgeous...

Zoom into shiny textures and take some screenshots for me :D
Should be noticeable on wet skin
Textures on wilds look particularly bad

Can I use this with the HD texture packs?
Can ignore this, saw the comments below.
