this mod does not work with "Item Tweaks" mod by Synthlight as they said that it is not compatible with any other mods that edit item data , so to fix this here is what i did. step 1 : go to Melve save and quite game step 2 : switch mods ( disable "item tweaks" and enable metamorphosis ) make sure you have at least 1000G step 3 : load game and buy then save and quite step 4 : switch mods again and load game bby
In terms of compatibility, would it be better to just have the Barberie be free? Or, optionally, there is a mod that adds Vocation Guild and Inn dialogue options to Pawns, maybe the option to change appearance could also be added.
Was having problems with this not showing up in Philbert's Sundries after installing a few more mods, wasn't able to figure out which mod was causing the problem so I went and uninstalled all mods in Fluffy Mod Manager then re-enabled this mod and others that I knew don't conflict with this one. Highly recommend buying 99 of them before re-enabling other mods that potentially affect items.
Thanks for the mod. My female pawn was sounding like a male after picking a female voice. It was super annoying. It really kinda ruined the first part of the game, you saved the rest!
I've noticed some mods still linger in your game directory even after doing this, specifically Crazy's Shop here on Nexus. The fix I found was from another comment that said to go to your game directory and delete any files with "patch" in the name, basically those are mod files. If you do, make sure you disable and re-enable all your mods again (except for the one you want to uninstall) as the game will think they don't exist even when you launch the game. After that, you should just be able to rest for a few in-game days and the shop will reset.
EDIT: Coming back to this after updating my game, do not delete the newest patch file (re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak) as of today's update (3/29/24) or it will refuse to let you launch the game. If you're still having issues/can't tell which files are modded and which files aren't, I recommend deleting all said files with "patch" in them and then re-verifying your game install. Steam will notice you missing the official patch files and then re-install them.
NOTE: Steam will not clean your game of mod files though, only verify official files. Do not rely on Steam to vanilla your game if you have modded files in your game directory. This is easy to notice when you have REframework(using as an example since that one is a direct install to your game directory) installed and verify; REframework will still be inside your game directory. The only way to completely vanilla your game is to delete the entire game directory folder and re-verify. Uninstalling/reinstalling the game will not work as Steam will only delete the official files and not the entire folder as well.
I've had instances where I've deleted games and come back to them a year or two later and some of the very-much outdated mods are still inside my game directory, causing it to crash and it was a massive headache.
You are my saviour! I have been trying to work out how I can remove that darn 1 coin tweak to all items in shops for 2 hours now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
