Well, he probably forgot, just don't want to update the mod or in the best case, trying to fix it but it's taking time. He have other things to do and work for (i ""know"" him) and he do what he want for the game he's playing at the moment. He'll probably do things for DD2 after the DLC comes out because then he will play it again (probably)
Just want to inform those interested that I'm currently making an alternative to this mod, with a similar goal but a different approach. But it's a very tedious process that is taking a lot of time. I'm hoping it'll be ready within 1 week or so. Please keep patience!
Kind of, but mostly by way of nerfing the insane knockdown bonus of Dwarven weapons, while buffing the knockdown resistance of all other styles for armor. This mod will still need a lot of work after release (which should happen sometime tomorrow), and I'm open to the idea of making each enhancement more unique. But I know a few people are waiting for a replacement, so I want to at least address the wishes of the endgame players and make a first version available posthaste.
For anyone looking for an update for this mod, this mod author hasn't responded since the initial release of said mod. If you know someone who can mod dragons dogma 2, it would probably be best to submit a mod request to them or the community at large. Someone might take it up, I certainly wish I could. But for now this mod should likely be considered defunct for the forseeable future.
It's not an actual conflict with Transmogrify but more of a general outdated mod issue. This mod needs to be updated to the latest patch. I get the same lua error but with Mesh Mod Enabler instead, since I'm not using transmog mod.
Hey thanks for making the mod. It's a great idea. I wondered if you considered doing a version where the low end armour is upgraded with the vanilla 15 crystals? I've already bought and upgraded sets for the vocations I play so I've done my grinding. I know it's unbalanced for a new game but for NG+ it seems fairer. I know I could just cheat myself the crystals but having the option in this mod seems like a more elegant solution. Just a thought.
+1, the increase in price makes sense in the base game, but in NG+ I want to upgrade all equipment and it'd take far too much grinding to do that with the prices being up to 9-10 times the base.
