Bonjour étant un peu nul sur les mods serait-il possible de me faire pour le bâton de fin de jeux que l’on achète avec des cristaux de dragons 🤩 merci d’avance
I love the mod, but because the base round shield is used by bandits and a lot of pawns, it kind of drove me nuts, even transmog mod cant fix that. Is it possible to find a less common shield? I'm not surre off the top of my headif any shield is not used by npcs otherwise I'd try and figure it out myself.
This is exactly what I'm thinking too. It would be awesome to play as a warfarer and swap from fighter to sorcerer with the sword+staff combo. Great battlemage fashion, but sadly it's ruined when bandits are rocking the same sword and staff combo lol
https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/420 You can start by using this mod! Just install one of my staff replacers and then replace the staff you want with the one my mod replaces.
I also wanted to use it with my mage. Unfortunately, transmogify doesn't let you choose, directly, items from different vocations via Interface, but you can go around this by editing the IDs directly in the file "settings.json" in the folder reframework/data/Transmogity.
Not the cleanest way and you have to know the item IDs (check them in transmogify first) but it works and I could use the Grievous horns version of the Gandalf staff (for sorcerers) on my mage too. This will work with any other item I assume.
I just realised that if you transmog an item from another vocation and apply skills that are not available on the vocation of the used item then the skill is greyed out.
I just noticed this when transmoging the Gandalf staff (Grievous horns version) to my mage. The controller buttons where I assignedf mage specific skills are greyed out. If I transmog to a staff for mage then all skills are there, so unfortunately no Gandalf Staff for my mage :-(
Weapons contain job/vocation infos so cross-transmoging will grey out not supported skills.
i have a suggestion that might be interesting, Thorin's swords. 1st. the one he uses in the flashbacks of the battle at the east gate of Moria. 2nd. the one he uses after he rids himself of his dragon sickness and charges out to rally the dwarves in battle of five armies. 1-https://shop.royalarmouries.org/products/thorin-oakenshield-s-regal-sword-replica-letter-opener this is an example of the first one.
2-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlAztIK4CUg this is a video of the second one.
thank you very much for your additions, and if you cant find good 3D models then so be it, not a big deal by any means <3

I'd love to be able to replace shields with other existing staff appearances there's so much fashion potential for a sword/staff fighter.

If you replaced any twin blade with a generic medieval halberd, you would be my favorite modder alive.
We could've had it all
