Updated for update 6 (2024-06-26). ONLY rebuilt the PAK version on the newer base game file. The REF version is unaltered, though will probably just show a different version number. (If you only use the REF version, then you only need to update REF, not this.)

Found the issue with weapons, turns out RETool was skipping one file in the pak manifest on creation and weapons happened to be the winner.
