Nope, you're 100% safe playing with these and other mods that affect gameplay. Pawns get softbanned from the rift only when they have skills/equipment they should have equipped, or their stats altered.
This may or may not fall under the same category as "modifying Jump Height", which affects the pawn but not their stats, skills, equipment, knowledge, which is safe.
Regardless, you agree to your pawn being potentially invalidated with these mods. Also, it will generally only happen when the people renting your pawn uses the same mod in question.
