hmm thats interesting. for me its like 3-5 fps change outside towns. and towns change maybe 1 frame. Could you post a picture from the statistics page from reshade? So i could take a look at the call times. What kind of rig you have ?
Having same issue, not sure what I could have done wrong. All the effects were checked and installed, but when selecting the preset, only the first couple will load with the color corrected ini. With the regular ini. , none of the effects are loading.
I did a clean install test. And the new REFramework seems to be totally bricked. Don't use the new 788 version. Take the old 674 version. I did a clean install test and everything worked. If it still doesn't work. You could try to launch reshade installer as admin and try starting steam as admin too. If there is some sort of windows related problem. But for me I can confirm the 674 version worked fine. And it loaded all the effects.
Install Reshade (directx12-install all shaders(uncheck-checkall)) No need to move the reshade files anywhere. They just work after the REFramework. Not sure of what the first sentence means. Also yes I have REFramework on just have no idea how to use it.
Okey, You don't really need to do anything with the REFramework. just see that it does the initialization in the small window it opens up when you start the game. Then you can close the window (and in the future you can just have it auto close from [configuration -> remember menu open/closed state] )
Install Reshade. You need to go to reshade's website which i have linked in the mod requirements.
When you are installing it asks which version you want. you know, opengl, vulkan, directX. Just make sure you select the one with the 10/11/12 (i think it has them all in one).
Once it asks you to select which shader packs to select. You can press uncheck to uncheck any selected ones and then check all so you install all of them. At some point you need to select which program you want to install the reshade to. So just select the dragons dogma 2 exe there and it installs the files for dragons dogma. After you've installed reshade it should say something like successfully installed or something.
Then just make sure the my preset file is inside the folder (this is not really necessery but it just makes it so you will find it more easier). Then start up the game and open reshade with HOME. Select my preset from the drop down thingy up top.
this is one of the best reshades ive seen too, theyre usually pretty ass ngl, but i think the grass looks slightly too vibrant, if you could tone that down just a little bit it would be perfect
For a quick solution. You could go and enable the Lightroom [qUINT_lightroom.fx] shader. Scroll down where you can see Green Saturation and scroll it down to smth like -0.1 or -0.2
After trying almost every reshade here i can say this is the best one and the closest to Wickfut (dd1) yet. Even when some parts are turned off for more fps it still looks fantastic. Great job!
Actually it worked for me at first, but for some stupid reason I uninstalled reshade and proceeded to reinstall it. Then it didn't work with the REFramework at the same time
Same here. No other mods installed besides REFramework. Verified file integrity, no difference. It crashes on the Capcom screen whenever reshade is installed.
I JUST noticed that they updated reshade YESTERDAY to 6.1.0. The version I still have is 6.0.1. My guess is either reshade effed up something or Framework needs an update. Eitherway you can find the old versions of reshades from their repository:

Got ReFramework installed, but not sure it matters
But for me I can confirm the 674 version worked fine. And it loaded all the effects.

Hope this helps to clear some things up.
I'll keep that in mind if I update the preset
You can find it in the optional files tab.
