Here is an updated script for anyone who wants this mod working as per the date of this comment. Simply replace all the text in the lua script file with this:
I can attest that currently changing the script to what is wrtten over yonder will make either the game not start, or it will give an error on the lua script. If the first part of the old code is maintained there is an error, and if AS DESCRIBED you clean every single line of text from the code and put what is mentioned in the post the game wont start. (Tested with and without and this is pretty much THE only mod making the game not start).
The old code, which is still on the download will not work, but will also not make any difference for your game.
As much as I would like it to, this mod currently doesn't work unfortunately. I hope it gets fixed sometime down the line. Ibrahim still just says that they take time and you have to sleep/doze off a few times till he says that they're ready. it doesn't throw an error in the reframework script thingy, just does nothing.
anyone got it working fine after latest update on 27th?
so far this doesn't work anymore but the forgery real item works just fine. i've tried deleting the lua file from DD2 folder as well as mod file from fluffy and reinstall again, but can't get it to work pre 27th update. please advise
Sorry, it seems not to work for me, either I install the file myself or with fluffy. Do it requier another setting ? Do I need to do something to make it work ? I give a gorgona bone, and when I check he just tell me that it takes time and come back later as usual.
For information, I dont have others mods running but I already tried some others and it worked.
Don't get me wrong I like that the game is super realistic and immersive But if I'm playing a medieval fantasy rpg with fighting big monsters, I don't want to play sit on a bench simulator. Thank you for this QOL mod <3
Nah, he is still not a true master, since some forgery like partcristal ferristone and other item doesn't SELL at the same price of the original to other merchant even if they are supposed to look identical he clearly is a failure if apparently everyone can see its fake with a glimpse of an eye!
