About this mod
The mod slightly reduces default running and sprinting speeds and introduces an ability to change your character current normal speed with mouse wheel (slow down to walking, speed up to running).

The mod resolves a common PC ports problem of locking the keyboard and mouse players to running speed, which is terrible if you're trying to do precise movements (especially inside buildings) or just want to enjoy the view.
Mod changes
- Reduced default running and sprinting speeds to make movements feel more controllable and less cartoonish.
- Introduced a new jogging speed which is in between walking and running.
- You can adjust your current speed with mouse wheel up/down - to switch in between walking/jogging/running.
- Holding shift makes you sprint (dash) as usual (do remember about sheathed/unsheathed dash speeds being different!).
- You can enable the middle mouse button to reset your speed to default (see below).
- You can enable a modifier key (see below) for all mod inputs to only work when it's pressed.
Installation and configuration
- Make sure you have REFramework installed.
- Download the mod's package.
- Unpack the content of the downloaded mod's package into your "[Path To Steam]\steamapps\common\Dragons Dogma 2" folder.
- Launch the game. If everything is fine, you should see r457MovementSpeed.lua under ScriptRunner, Known Scripts category of REFramework UI.
If you want to change mod parameters, open your "[Path To Steam]\steamapps\common\Dragons Dogma 2\reframework\autorun\r457MovementSpeed.lua" with notepad and edit the values at the beginning of the file: defaults speeds, whether or not to use middle mouse button as a speed reset button, whether or not to use control key as a modifier.
Vanilla speed values: Walk - 6, Run - 17.7, Dash - 23.3, PlayerSheathedWeaponDash - 26.9.
To uninstall the mod remove "[Path To Steam]\steamapps\common\Dragons Dogma 2\reframework\autorun\r457MovementSpeed.lua" file.
