I have moved the files from DLSSTweaks to Dogma 2's game folder, replacing the .ini file with the one from this mod. Checked with config tool if Quality is set to 0.999 which it confirms. The nvidia file from DLSStweaks I renamed to dxgi before moving the files. But quality still renders at vanilla quality, any clue what I am missing? Thanks in advance.
Edit: REframework is working and I'm using Fluffy's modloader
I'm having trouble too. Using Fluffy modloader. The mod instructions don't seem to yield any results within game. I'm sure I'm missing an important step due to the use of Fluffy.
To prove the tweaks.ini wasn't actually doing anything for me, I changed the quality level to be the same as ultra performance. But, Quality still looked like vanilla Quality (better than ultra performance).
Already exists.. just read the part below "Framegen support (dlssg-to-fsr3):" Your DLSS option should not be greyed out, not sure what you did there, just follow the existing guides on my modpage.
Why do you suggest forcing the profile to F? I've read previous articles where it was stated that profile E with DLSS 3.7 gives the best quality. By the way, thanks for the info about 0.99% - it helped me with the black screen problem!
3.7.0 was released after this mod and there's not a whole lot of information on preset E. It seems to be an improving of preset C but nvidia always recommended preset F for DLAA.
Well. but DLAA is not forced in your config too :) It is DLSS with about 100% resolution scale. By the way, I did testing in Horizon Forbidden West with 100% DLSS vs DLAA (both modes with profile E) and DLSS in this version looks better than DLAA - less soapy image, less artifacts with shadows, better hair, fur and grass!
No no. You are wrong :) As I said earlier, I did tests in Horizon Forbiddent West - the game has a built-in ability to enable DLAA. So, I use DLSSTeaks to install Profile E for DLSS and DLAA. I set DLSS to 100% (in your opinion this is DLAA). But I got a noticeable difference in display between DLSS and DLAA (switching them in game). At the same time, DLAA looked worse. You can repeat my tests and see for yourself. DLSS 3.7.
Devs have more control over native implementations and can adjust other settings and shaders dynamically based on your settings that's why there's a difference.
For some reason the dxgi file started crashing the game after I didn't play for a week. Not sure if there was an update to the game and that could be the cause. Any tip why it crashes the game at start?
Hey, how to actually choose between different presets? I am unable to find this option either in game control panel or nvidia control panel, wondering if there is a difference between default settings that i am using with your forced DLAA dlsstweaks.ini and PRESET F - that if i understood correctly is made for DLAA, 4070TI.
I've followed all the modpage. I've check the .ini many times, everything is correclty setted up. When i enable framegen with fsr3 mod the " end " button doesn't do anything while in game.
Also, it say that dxgi.dll and dinput8.dll should be in the main folder in the game. But i see those file also in _storage_ folder.
This is less blurry than the base game Quality setting but still blurrier than native for sure. Better than having a black screen or using base game Quality but still not as good as true DLAA. The in-game sharpening doesn't do enough to make up for it sadly.
On my 4080 I'm getting an extra ~15 frames in Bakbattahl by having DLSS ON with the frame gen mod ON as opposed to DLSS OFF with the frame gen mod ON (I have to toggled DLSS on and off to achieve this.) I know the frame gen mod has been causing some people issues, but so far I have no issues using it. It is still upscaling the image at .999 so my guess is that maybe that's introducing the blur.
Yes you can also read the "dlsstweaks can also load different dlss versions without overwriting the game files" part, this way you won't have to replace exisiting files.

Ps. Is that normal that my DLSS Quality on options is gayed out?
Thanks a lot

EDIT: got it, everything works as intended.4070TI.

Is all of that normal ?
Thank you

Is it possible to make this works with a 3080 ?
