    Anyone know how it works on the pawn? Will it show up for other players or does just show the original tattoo/scar?

      It's only local, so other player will see the base tattoo. However if they install the mod, it should show the guts tattoo like you !

    perfect, this will compliment the guts builds out there, even though the brand tattoo they selected from the vanilla roster is decent as well.
