All the tweaks are in the files tab. Head on over there and read their descriptions to see what they do.
To install any of them, simply extract the .pak file and rename it to `re_chunk_000.pak.patch_XXX.pak` where XXX is the next number after all the others. Or simply use Fluffy Mod Manager and have it do it for you automatically.
