I made some changes to the mod because I think FluffyModManager needs to be clearer and easier to use—so you can only pick one option at a time. I’m still learning FluffyModManager, but it’s a great tool for Reframework games and maybe others too.
This mod uses an awesome API by xyzkljl1. Without it, I probably couldn’t have got this working. I wanted to add JSON support in Lua, but this way was simpler, so big thanks to him.
To install, just like before: the mod should show up in FluffyModManager and overwrite the old one. If not, remove the old Inn Cost Modifier and drag the new ZIP in. Toggle it on, launch the game, and you’ll see a new option called InnCostMod with four choices. “Free (0g)” is selected by default.
It currently shows “0 / Free (0g),” which I’m fixing. After almost 24 hours of work, this is as good as it gets for now. When you pick a new option, it updates the price right away—but you need to exit the innkeeper chat and talk to him again to see the change.
