Since it's coded that you gain 0 stats over level 200, i assumed you could level beyond, but simply gained no benefit from it. The wiki states this: https://dragonsdogma.fandom.com/wiki/Experience_Points#:~:text=a%20Hybrid%20Vocation.-,Levelling%20thresholds,instead%20of%20a%20numerical%20value.
However it's very possible that the devs litterally just hid the xp and level in the UI and didn't actually stop the leveling system. Hence why they coded 0s into the 201+ section of stat gains.
Either way i havn't tested it and theres no telling how much XP you would need to reach 201+. To test we need somone with a max level character to note if they ever see the mediocre stat increase from this mod. For easier testing somone could set the value obscenly high.
There are more than some who played this game religiously and there are direct sign of levelling up when you do (Bright glow and rhytmic sound), if so there should be info if there is a level cap or not, considering the average exp you get especially when we go crazy on farming for equipment on BBI with the exp that follows. is it possible that the signs of levelling would be disabled level 200 or above? and therefore can only be known through your stat increase on the mod? if not, then it must be some abhorrent amount of exp needed to go to 201 and above...
Is it impossible for you to alter that? it is hardcoded isnt it? which make it highly difficult from second hand experiece.
All i can say is that if there is a true level cap of 200, it makes no sense for there to be code for stat gains for 201+. It could be just leftover from when they were still designing the system.
Additionally if the system is still active in the background and all they did was visually hide it from the Players UI, it would make sense they would do the same for the bright glow and rythmic sound. But that starts sounding like more work then just disabling the system properly. Im not sure, exp is on my list of things to mod. Im fairly sure i can mod experience rewards from quests and enemies killed. But im not sure if i can alter xp required for each level or any sort of global xp multiplier, let alone the hard capped level. It's very likely it's sitting in the game files somewhere same all the other moddable stuff, it's just a matter of finding it.
Unfortunately the conclusion again is, im not sure it would need to be tested.
Just reached level 200 and ive been running through bbi for more than 50 times. I rechecked with save editor and it shows the exp to the next level is zero. Looks like you need to find the code for the exp, else that part of the mod is obsolete. Still nice mod tho, Nice work, very convenient.

Edit: if so, there any errors on higher levels? im the type of guy that goes overboard and gone to level 10000000 if permitted.
