Don't know if anyone else has this problem that prevented the mod from working for me, but I wanted to post this just in case. When I downloaded the zip, all the files were defaulted to open with Internet Explorer (for some stupid reason that I don't understand). The file preview here shows what they needed to be, so I had to go to file properties and change what they opened with to Notepad (need to extract the zip file first). Followed all the install steps after that and now it works perfectly.
I've just done that and everything worked. I guess you did something wrong, mate. I recommend you to try again. If that still happens, I can try to help you somehow. Good luck!
May all your days will be filled with joy! Thank you so much, it works! It was a big trouble for me as a loot goblin to carry all the goods, and i can't install mods the normal way bc i play with different language (the text will be fucked up if i replace the file). Your mod is a lifesaver for me. Thanks again!
It's really good for gathering items in Bitterblack. Since we don't have an unlimited fast-travel item (just like the Eternal Ferrystone), we'd have to go back to the entrance to manage the inventory. After all, it's still a pain using the shortcuts and having to wait for those loading screens. That guy's a real hero!
And also I feel that's not a cheat after you beat the game a few times without modding (which is my case). Everything we do later is just for fun. No need to get stressed out with that stuff.
I had a problem with the files because in my game_main folder I didn't have .xml files in param/pl/weight with my ARCTool, but after that I found another one named : ARCTool (Simplified) you can download it by checking the mod called Maelstrom's MME Serie 1 - Sprinting Stamina Drain, and in the Optional Files, now I have the .xml files in it.
I don't know why, but the 50% increase only increased my carry weight by 20%. Also, why is there no double carry weight option like is implied in the title?
What really needs to be done is to remove the limit of how many items a single character can hold. Having an infinite weight limit is purposeless when the character fills up all the inventory slots.

I'm sad. I find the inventory management extremely tedious and the only other mod that I found is dogshit / not working
