Your friend had a good idea, the bows look waaaayyy better with the griffin skin. It's sad how the bows seemed to get the least sexy appearances out of all weapons.

Yo, could you do another swap for me? Kinda the same as the other time and I'm still too stupid to figure out what I'm doing wrong with my own weapon swaps. Could you swap the sapfire daggers to the bardiche daggers?
Here it is ! it replaces steamapps\common\DDDA\nativePC\rom\wp\w1\dag031.arc so make sure to take backup of dag031.arc also it will have elemental effect of the sapfire daggers !
i second this but i will settle for model swaps, sometimes something at a lower level looks far more awesome than the higher leveled (superior) one
not that everyone has the same idea of what looks 'awesome' but the fact remains that sometime we are left wanting with some designs ya know?
personally i always preferred a more 'simple' style that looks somewhat tribal in a sense
like magicians crutch or the terminal and gimble gyre for the magick archer the bardiche daggers which was literally ripped from another weapon and used as daggers which is basically 'jury rigging' (which btw i think should have a model swap with the framae blades *hint hint* *nudge nudge*) my 'armor' is essentially silk lingerie for 'pants' apostates anklet for leg 'armor' some kind of corset (black) for under armor an eye patch i get from the black cat (also recolored black) the beastly cape (also recolored black) or the magnanimous cloak the bonds of the dragon for 'bracers' (really wish it was steel or silver though) and the Votary's Robe (still looking/waiting for a mod to turn that black and grey too)
i'm unsure what would be the strongest armor in game that a magick archer could wear but i'm very picky with how my characters look.. stupid i know but i get by lol
dont get me wrong i LOVE 'elegant' looks too, but not for my arisen (they come from a fishing village for crying out loud!) so i usually plop those onto my pawn
my usual run is i assign 'dragons wit' to the even if sanguin stalk (another idea for a model swap?) is better simply cause it LOOKS better to me (my pawn is like the dark sorcerer alter ego to my arisen) and the grave/carrion veil armor set
honestly if i could wrap my head around how to do model swapping for the game i'd do it myself lol
i personally use random armors since im lv.200 my current set is mahogamy cape, vagabond armor, maiden's camisole, oblivion gauntlets, brown laced leggins and over-knee boots the defense is not very high but i think it looks really good on girl character (i copied it from a pawn, but cant give credit to that pawn since i dont remember her name)
I personally dislike armor modding because some armors make certain body parts invisible and when you mod them into another for example you swapped oblivion boots to delta guard, you will have half of your body invisible and delta guard is floating xD
I like how blackwing bow looks though maybe i will mod it to darkening storm

right now I JUST migrated to pc from console so i'm having to start from scratch so it might take a while before i get the black wing bow
