Great idea, would be cool to have it in higher resolution. I use "HD-HP with HD BARS and CUSTOM ICONS" mod, which replaces the HUD with hi-res images including the health bars, and it conflicts with this one unfortunately.

Unpaсk with ARCtool bbsrpg_core.arc. For example how to unpack: 5. After unpaking going to "\bbsrpg_core\id\cockpit" and replace the file "cockpit1_HQ_ID.tex" on the file "cockpit1_HQ_ID.241F5DEB" from "Segmented Health Bar 1.0 Merge Files". 6. Rename cockpit1_HQ_ID.241F5DEB to cockpit1_HQ_ID.tex 7. Packing bbsrpg_core folder to modified bbsrpg_core.arc file. 8. Thanks, I finally manage to make this work. I also I wanted to point out that "don't blind me' mod also has a "cockpit1_HQ_ID.tex" file, but I think it doesn't ruin that mod.
I'll take a look at this (Sorry it took so long to respond, family stuff happened). I don't know WHY it would distort the russian translation, I literally just edited one graphic - but I will take a look
I am the author of World Difficulty, I am uploading my main_game.arc and several other arc's I used while creating it. There is a possibility (I don't have a clue honestly) If your mod is merged inside them. If it is, I'd like permission to credit you on the mod page if your mod is in there. I haven't actually played in a long time but your work is in my download history.

I'm working on fixing this but when I save the dds it loses some quality and looks ugly.
