It's not impossible for enemies to be using augments, however I have never seen anyone other than me cast super fast, be it enemy or pawn. Even my main pawn which has the Articulacy augment equipped, still casts slow ... About your request, I'll do it as soon as I have the time. Pinky promise.

Sorry but no, as I'm not interested in those mods. You can do it yourself, however. It's super easy mate, I'm adding a guide on the front page in a sec.
Any chance I can get the 50% faster casting mod merged with unlimited sprinting, and 1.6 jump from anyone? The 90% casting mod and removal of weight limits is too overpowered for me.
