Failed open file? Are you trying to open the bbsrpg file as if it was a .rar or .zip file? Because you don't do that.
The mod is already packed in a way that you just need to install with Vortex manager to get it working, or drop the files in "DDDA/nativePC" folder if you want to install manually.
sorry for being too vague but i did install it manually, replacing the files and everything. But for some reason your bbsrpg file is the only one that acted up, I'll try to replace some parts to fix it if you don't mind
I remember I had issues uploading one of the previous versions, browser crashed during the upload so the file on the site was broken. Maybe that's the one you downloaded? Try the newest version and it should work, hopefully.
Tried it, still didn't work. Though i just noticed that its mostly the common zht files and models are the ones thats unreadable. Maybe the problem is on my part but i still have no idea how to fix it without being too detailed.
Come to think of it this mod is basically a merge of other mods right? Maybe i can try them individually and work from there.
I just thought of something. Is your version of the game from Steam or GOG? I remember the creator of Don't Blind Me had to make a script for people to use their mod without issue regardless of localization or steam/GOG version.
Mine is the steam version so it could be a conflict like that. Unfortunately, if this is the problem then I really can't help because I know absolutely nothing about scripts.
Firstly I want to say that I love this mod pack! However I've noticed that after installing it the buffs that I get from using Magick Rebalancer have become permanent. I've tried waiting with the game open for hours, resting at Inns, reloading my save, nothing works. They just never go away no matter what I do. Something else that I've noticed is that the buffs that I get from other sources (such as the one you get from the healing springs) DO go away after some time, it's only the Magick Rebalancer ones that have become permanent. Is there any way to fix this?
You're probably using one of the first versions I uploaded when I tried to make the weal and prosperity buffs last for 10min, turns out the game doesn't like buffs lasting longer than 5min.
The latest version has that fixed, I ran a full game as magick archer and Rebalancer was running out as intended.
Sorry but no, the jump increase is really small and won't even take away the requirement for double jump or other jump related skills. But with that said, you can still get the vanilla jump height if you use dinput8, I made a little video so you can compare the height increase.
There is no virus detected either from the upload to nexus or running a manual virustotal scan but I'm looking into it. Edit: Uploaded the file as a .zip instead to hopefully prevent future false positives.
Install Vortex, the mod manager from Nexusmods and then use the "Download with Manager" button. If you want to install manually, just drop the files under the game folder, something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DDDA\nativePC\

Edit: As it turns out for GOG version you just need to remove all zht language file, because GOG apparently do not support it.
