In the past, I've seen a few people complain about graininess, or lines. Or, they think the game's too bold and contrasted. In version 1.5 I've added some new options to the enbeffect.fx
file present in the enbseries
folder to give a few extra options. And you can open it with any standard, raw text editor - i.e. Notepad - to change things around!
The valid settings for each option are in the comments above it. Want to give a more vanilla-like look a try? Just change #define POSTPROCESS9
to #define POSTPROCESS8
and restart the game - or click Apply Changes in the ENBseries GUI - to apply!
Similarly, to change the dithering type used, simply change the number next to DITHERTYPE
. Using mode 3
, for example, looks better on some displays, and has a finer appearance. Or, disable the feature entirely with mode 0
to make sure it's my fault.
