Would you mind making a list of the exact songs that are changed and with what next update? I love the new miniboss theme but I want to look for it outside the mod itself and it doesnt sound like something from IX (Not that I remember at least, it has been a while)
Hello Lady its an 18+ Eroge Visual Novel if you download the patch on the devs website if you struggle to find it i can always send you the track which has been dumped from the vn itself, if you are in the Yggdrasil modding discord just tag me the names Ride To Hell: Retribution.
I found it, but holy hell even with the title this soundtrack is hard to find in it's entirety. Some of the ost is on youtube but most of it was taken down it seems with no reups, and I almost messaged you on discord to find it before checking google one more time. I found 1 site with the ost and 75% had untranslated titles, including Proof of Resolve but it was there (Disc 2, Track 9). This is the strangest pull for a song I could've imagined from a mod like this, but hey it fits very well whenever it shows up so I can't argue with results lol. Thanks mate, appreciate the help!
Love this mod! two things I noticed so far though. 1: the song during the Jarvis fight doesn't loop properly (there's a fadeout before the loop). 2: the theme that seems to replace sylvando's theme is really quiet. Other than that this is amazing! I'm so glad there's a modding community for this game
yup all that is being worked on currently this mod has been a huge time sink so far since I've been busy with all the mastering of the audio myself. As for the Jarvis one that song has been replaced entirely I just forgot to upload the version with the changes.
High praise for this mod. I tried two other music mods before this: one on Nexus, another from a Steam guide. They were both very well executed, but the music was still obnoxious. I had considered turning the music off and playing SomaFM in the background until I found this mod in the readme of another.

I'm late to the party but just saying: this is by far the best mod that could ever happen for DQ XI. It radically change the experience. OG music is not very good overall and soooooo repetitive, it was quite the let down. Finally I can play and enjoy this wonderful game without grinding my teeth every-time the main theme loops!

How does the mod work? Do I need to turn off dragon quest VIII music and turn on dragon quest 11 music? Symphonic or synthesized? All I have done is copy the Pak. I would love to try this mod.

* The Fun-Sized Forge music, being swapped with the krack pot music is cool but its too loud. it hurts my ears listening to it. so if possible to lower it a little would be a great improvement to it.
* Some boss music are really really awesome sounding but are too quiet in comparison to the rest of the music available.

Aye the base music for XI is horrible no idea what square was thinking there, i'm glad Project IX was able to make the experience much better for you and I appreciate you taking your time to tell me this it means a lot to me hope you will enjoy the next update of either version as I have a lot of things in the works.
