Makes a number of changes to the Sky and Sea overworld maps allowing for better traversal.

This mod was made with 2 primary goals:
1. Allow Cetacea (and possibly the Ship) to land in more areas across the world map. Creates a much better sense of a truly interconnected world, as opposed to the disjointed experience of the base game.
2. De-emphasize (either remove/replace or tune down) random battles at sea.
(Early demonstration, not accurate to final version)

I also highly recommend Faster Mounts to increase Cetacea's max altitude.
Installation Instructions:
Copy the .pak file into <steamapps>\common\DRAGON QUEST XI S\Game\Content\Paks
(where <steamapps> is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\ depending on your installation )
