This is a fairly simple mod meant to boost the speed (and possibly other stats) of various mounts in the game. A few effects changes have been (and will be) added but nothing too extensive.

Note that monster mounts can always be spawned via the Debug Console and this command:
VehicleSpawn <VehicleID>

Or using the Cheat Table mod.
