I just bought this game and thought to do some retextures if i have time ... Seems you got some nice knowledges and i have some early issues. So far everything was working (i have special K, i understood how the game texture works, i succeed to install ones doesn't belong to me like yours, watched closely at what you said for formats, i installed the intel pluggin for dds, and i am careful when i save them if there is any alpha and i pick exactly what you said for format) But i have sometimes (not always) 2 issues :
- Some texture are not loading immediatly after starting the game. Unlike others, i don't know why, i need to go manually in SpecialK menu/mod tool creation > doing "reload all injected textures" and then it's working but it needs that extra annoying step. Exemple : Hero's eyes texture (8A38D98B. dds). Do you know why or if there is any way to prevent that so they can be loaded nicely ?
- Some texture are glitching i don't really know why, i suppose may be there are cross-information between 2 or more texture files. Exemple : Erik's clothes (8280FF84.dds). Each time i create a retexture of this, colors are glitching depending of distance. Strange because i haven't any mipmap issue or else. I suppose i need to alter his other clothes related texture file (when he has the hood on : 072E70B5.dds and also 291E0C93 ! and maybe more who knows...), is this the reason of this glitchy pbm ? I mean logcially even if there is a separate dds file for hood off-or on-or half, it should not pick info in the other file ...

I want my hard-travelling hero to look like a wanted outlaw trying to be a bit anonymous and who spends a lot of time outdoors ... it would be wonderful to have a version of your "Hunter" recolor -- with brown leather shoulders, gray sleeves and brown boots, and with the brown bag like in the Templar Remix -- but with the coat colored taupe! Or dark sage!
Those colors would look so good on that coat. Especially with the Traveller's Hood on!
