Its not working for me. I can open the Special K menu but it doesnt show any of the textures i put into the binaries/win64 folder. I tried like 30 times now, I did everything what was mentioned here before. I feel stupid.
Sorry, I feel dumb asking this, but how do you activate the mod? I unzipped both the Special K mod and this one into the Win64 folder, but nothing is any different. Do I need to do something else after I unzip?
Are you sure Special K is correctly installed and working? You should see a pop-up message when launching the game, and the Special K console should also be accessible by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Backspace.
If it is indeed working, you might want to try this whenever texture-mods are having a hard time loading properly:
What you need to do is click the 'Reload All Injected Textures' button inside Special K, preferably while inside the Equipment Menu. Just a simple click is necessary at the start of the game and will make your mods work perfectly for your entire gaming-session.
To find that button inside Special K:
Look under the 'Direct3D 11 Settings' tab, you should find a red button labeled 'Render Mod Tools'. Click on it and a new window will appear. The 'Reload All Injected Textures' is another red button that you should find inside that new window, under the 'Live Texture View' tab.

edit: found it in d3d settings>render mod tools button
I think the color palette of Dante from Devil May Cry would look really good on the Hero :)
