Hi! I'm sorry to say that the blurry text is a side-effect of some of the shader options, called 'FXAA' and 'Oilify'. If you press the 'home' button on your keyboard while in-game, you can see the list of shaders being used with this preset, and by simply clicking the blue boxes with checkmarks in them to the left of the shader names you'll be able to turn off these two and see if that helps with the blurry text.

Oooh! Yes, okay, the loading screen text being blurry is a problem with the bloom. Sorry about that, but I'm glad you were able to figure it out yourself! I hope both presets are more useable with it turned off or altered-- Though I'll say because of how ReShade renders in the game, it'll always be blurry unless it is turned off completely, so it is just something that has to be lived with if you'd like to keep it on orz

It's no problem, though! Your english is fine, and I'm sorry I couldn't be of yet more help!

Hiya! I'm sorry, but I don't! I think there is a discord server out there that has a channel category focused on Heroes modding, but I don't currently have an invite to it that I can share <:(
If you look around on the DQX Definitive Edition nexus there might be an invite on one of the posts to the server in question, since I think that's how I found it myself a while ago. I wish I could be of more help!

I want to thank you for making a mod at all. I love this game so much, and wish we had a huge modding community, so we can really make the game our own. Especially since DQB3 doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight yet. Also, you are definitely not the only one still playing, lol. I always come back to the game. I like it WAY better than Minecraft... Also I don't like Minecraft, so there's that. Thank you again. You're a true patriot.

I feel the same way. Honestly most jrpgs don't have huge modding communities, and with dqb2 being a spin-off it has even less interest surrounding it, which sucks a lot! I alsoalso agree that I think it's better than minecraft- Minecraft is fine, it just gets boring after maybe an hour for me... But dqb2 I can play for hours and hours and hours thanks to the story and actual feeling of progression with each island, and the unique mechanics no matter how many times I've played it. Thanks for the comment! ^ w^

      It's rather easy!
      1. Download ReShade from here
      2. Install ReShade by selecting DQB2( Or any game you want to use it with )
      3. Select all of the options they give you, since I can't remember exactly what I used for this preset anymore
      4. Download the preset, then Drag and drop it into the folder where you have DQB2 and ReShade installed
      5. Launch DQB2 and press the 'home' key on your keyboard to open ReShade
      6. At the top of the ReShade overlay there should be a drop-down menu where you can choose a .ini file, from that drop down menu choose the one called DQB2 Preset.ini which is this one
      7. Enjoy! If you need more help, don't be afraid to ask!

Hopefully in the future we'll have more mods that actually do something other than make the colours eyebleedingly bright XD

Hi, could you upload all of the reshade files please as Xbox games pass won't let me install reshade manually.
