Thank you for letting me know the correct location. If you feel uncomfortable with snoop activating even when there is no thief, you can just add a thief to your team I think it's great that it's always on regardless of whether you have a thief or not. I look forward to seeing you in action Thank you

I think this would be a desirable mod/feature that I would certainly be interested in, but i'm unsure of how best to trigger it.
The simplest implementation may be to simply have it on permanently, regardless of whether the thief knows Snoop or is even in the party.
This may just be exactly what I do to test the viability of such a feature.
