Think Kakarot is WAY TOO EASY?
It's apparant that the Enemy AI is completely braindead in many areas..
And it's far too simple to become overleveled and steamroll the entire game.
My Solution:
Pushing Enemy Aggressiveness to the maximum limit in order to force the player to master the game's mechanics.
Also, reducing the amount of experience points earned and critical hit rates to maintain difficulty balance.
Saiyan Struggle's Full Changelog:
- Enemy AI have their idle movements replaced with attack moves (Training Battles where you learn Skills shouldn't be affected)
- Enemy AI red glowing counter attacks replaced with better defensive options
- Most Story Battles feature 50% reduced experience points (in DLC too)
- Critical hit rates reduced for overleveled characters
- Ki no longer passively charges during combat
- Ki takes longer to charge during combat
- Flying during combat has slightly faster Ki drain
- Enemies may stun you easier
- Guarding has been nerfed to recover more slowly
- OPTIONAL: Replace Easy/Normal/Hard with brand new Hard+/Hard++/Hard+++ (still labeled Easy/Normal/Hard)
(Basically if Hard = 2.5x Damage then Hard+ = 3x Damage, Hard++ is 4x and Hard+++ is 5x)
Notes:
i've done some playing around with the mod but nothing close to a 100% test playthrough.
DLC is supported but i wasn't as thorough in modding the DLC as with the Main Game.
cheap tactics and button mashing might still work.. all i did was increase AI chances to attack.
Install: Place .pak into at\content\paks\~mods folder.
