    Use WinRAR. This file is not empty. An empty file can't be 9.3 mb 🤦‍♂️. Even if you click Preview file contents it will show you what's inside the file  (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzDBSGogeta.pak).

    The zip folder here on nexus seems to be empty when you download it, would love to have this mod but yeah it looks like it is empty
