    Would it be possible to add that you can wish for DMedals? or is it only the wishs that the game gives you?

      The buffed values are for endgame only, but you can wish for the same type of wish (e.g. Z orbs or Money) multiple times once you get far enough into the story to unlock multiple wishes.
