I can't do anything about Nexusmods bad Anti Virus. This application went through VirusTotal and is clean. You can check it for yourself before downloading. Because of a Base64 coded GIF background, onlyZillya flagged this as false positive with "Trojan.Agent.Win32.4060150" of 56 anti virus tools. Just making assumptions without even doing more than looking at a download section on this website isn't helpful lol.But you do you.
