No one had offered a .pak version of the Japanese soundtrack, so I decided to take the initiative and create one myself. Additionally, I remastered all the tracks to enhance their quality, ensuring they sound even better in the game.
INSTALL: put the .Pak files in the: " Sparking! ZERO\SparkingZERO\Content\Paks\mods" Folder
Updates & More: An optional file will soon be added, providing a complete in-game song name replacement. This will display the correct track names directly in the menus! Look for it under the Optional Files section.
UPDATE 1.2
This update brings significant improvements and refinements to the mod, enhancing the overall audio experience:
In this new update, I’ve added the Sparking songs to the mod. All replaced songs in the game now have the correct names, as specified by me. Additionally, the corresponding pak file is now included in the download folder. These files should be placed in the same directory as before: in the Mods folder within the Sparking Zero directory.
I’ve also made some minor adjustments regarding loops, start, and end points for various tracks to improve the overall experience. Enjoy the enhanced audio experience!
Remastered Tracks:
The songs have been reworked to improve both their sound quality and volume balance, ensuring a more polished listening experience.
Revised Tracklist:
Certain tracks were replaced due to poor quality or not fitting well with the game’s atmosphere. The updated tracklist aligns better with the game and its iconic moments.
Loop Point Adjustments:
All tracks now feature optimized loop points to eliminate abrupt endings. Additionally, track lengths were fine-tuned to reduce file sizes without compromising audio quality.
Anime BGM Naming:
Tracks from the Dragon Ball Z anime scored by Shunsuke Kikuchi are labeled as "Shunsuke Kikuchi Anime BGM."
Some tracks lack unique titles in the original score; these will be numbered sequentially (e.g., Shunsuke Kikuchi Anime BGM 1, 2, 3, etc.).
Thanks for your jobs, amazing ost choice ! Do you have the possibility to make a patch for the name match with the french version ? The name doesn't change for me
Hi, I was testing the mod with the new update and it seems to still work pretty well except for one thing... BGM titles. I'm playing the latest version of the game with English language setting but still, nothing seems to have a custom name among the BMG list (Both theater and Stage select screen). Could you help me with this one? I don't know if it's related to the update or if it's exclusively doing this on my mod pack (even though I did not install anything that interferes with BGM names)
Great Mod btw, I've waited for something like this for a long time.
EDIT: I'll leave this here for ppl that could have the same problem, I've managed to fix it. If you are using Unverum, be sure to put this mod on top of the list
I can't do anything on this one and I hope MasterHoshi will find a way to fix this. Apparently the mod if does not load the custom titles doesn't bother the DLC of 2 heroes characters (Gohan Beast, Orange Piccolo), but as soon as you fix it with the method above all the characters of this particular DLC and all their voice lines are completely gone, at their place there is the placeholder of the text that should be there
Hello everyone and thank you for your work on this mod.the mod to rename audio tracks does not work on my version of sparking and french? is this normal?
Hello, thank you for the mod. Is there a way so i can have the english name even tho i set the language to french ? Like changing something in the mod files ? Thank you
Hello, is there a chance you can make a mod that randomizes the songs every time your enter a match instead of going to the music menu and pressing R3? You know like selecting a ""song" from the list and that chooses a random one for you so you dont have to go to the menu every time.

ISSUE 2: Custom BGM Titles Breaks DLC Characters names and voice lines.

Or maybe you can do a mashup of several bgm from SDBH into 1 track?!
