Would you mind adding the songs Louisiana House Fire. Mid 1950 by Pointy Shoe Factory, Beetle Orange by Spoonfed Tribe,Pantera-Floods and Bump in the Night(Pointy Shoe Factory) to the list of songs?
are you talking about offline battles? If you select the first song in the playlist it should randomize it. Im not sure what else you are talking about. Is there other CO OP modes? If so then i probably didnt make one for that. You need to select the sparking song, first one in the list thats in offline battles and it should randomize. You make a folder with the cue number of the song you want to become a randomized list and put the songs in it. I explain it in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sw8Z8AxK-cs
A tutorial would be great brother, I have never installed any mod before. Bought a copy of Sparking Zero on Steam. I haven't a clue where to start, there are so many files to download and install.
Mod is cool as s#*! bro, i just have a problem with the same tracks playing in offline mode. Im not sure how to turn on track randomizer, In the read me file it says, "To activate the song randomizer, select the first track named "DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO (Battle Version)".
Can the main mod just be BF, as advertised? Not interested in the AMV tracks and movie soundtracks you just added. Those extra songs version can be optional mod version?
I will get round to doing this. Do you have any suggestions on what i should do about all the unchanged tracks? Before adding the moving tracks, i already had all of the Bruce faulconer music in the mod. So i can either leave the rest of the tracks unmodded or just reuse the same bruce faulconer tracks.
There aren't other BF tracks you haven't added yet? You've added all and there's still room left?
Are you talking about the DLC tracks or there's extra tracks on the main ost? Yeah put BF over them. Use the BF songs that match the vibe of the song it's replacing.
yea i used literally all the fighting Bruce faulconer tracks already and there were like 20 free song slots left to use. Ill just make a another version that just reuses the tracks.
You may be missing part of the Bruce Faulconer Collection. There are some songs that I don't think I've heard in your mod. Though I can't really remember their names...
im begging youj!! im trying too follow instructions but im lost without a video lol i have downloaded reloaded II etc but i have no idea how to get this to work, please a quick 1 minute video showing step by step i would freaking love u for this. I havent touched the story as im waiting for bruce faulconer i beg
yea im sorry man, ive been meaning to make a tutorial but im so dead from work and busy. Ill get round to it. Literally all you need to do is install reload 2, add the game into reload (selected the correct .exe which is in the sparking zero/binaries/win64 folder, use the 1 click installer for ryo and the mod, download the track randomizers and drag the folders in the bgm_main file, then click launch application in reload 2 top left. There can be issues, like if you had a crack and online crack you would need to launch the game first normally then launch the mod after. You got this.
Is there a changelog for 1.30? How come the file size and filename changed so much?
Love the mod, thank you
EDIT: found in the readme AFTER downloading the file, Sparking Zero Mod Changelog Version 1.3.0 - [03/11/2024]
New Additions Movie Soundtracks Added: Lord Slug Cooler's Revenge Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan Bio Broly Bardock, the Father of Goku History of Trunks Classic DBZ AMV Tracks: Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin Monster by Skillet Hero by Skillet One step close by Linkin Park Custom Battle & PvP Menus: Added a selection of randomized tracks to enhance menu experience. Fixes & Tweaks Story Mode Soundtrack Fixes: Corrected various story mode tracks that were previously unchanged. Ensured the Vegeta vs. Android 19 fight plays the intended track. Note: To achieve this, the SSJ1 music in the cutscene with Frieza has been changed.
Im just updating it atm, the Changelog should be up now as well. Give me a minute for the new files to be uploaded, and remember to download the new files off Gamebanana the same way as before. Every song has pretty much changed in the BGM list so the file size is a lot bigger from all the new tracks.
Oh interesting! I'm sure I was just early before you could update the description page. Thank you again for your work.
One question remains, however, I've seen your article that says you will now only upload to the nexus due to file size constraints at gamebanana. But now I see you indicate to go to gamebanana for "the new" files. 1.3.0, the one that exists here on nexus, is considerably smaller than 1.2.0 so it is confusing when you say that the file size is actually larger now due to added tracks and that the files are here not there, but you still have to go there [gamebanana].
Yea the issue i had was the 500mb limit on Gamebanana, but i need people to download through Gamebanana because of the one click installer with reload II. So what ive done is taken the track randomizer files out so it can still use the 1 click installer, and you can just add the track randomizer files yourself.
I thought i removed that stuff about only uploading to the nexus due to file size constraints in the description. I'm still uploading the files to Nexus, but I don't even know how you installs those without Reload doing it.
Let me check out the files and see whats going on.
EDIT: So the reason the 1.2.0 file is larger is because it had the Track randomizer files in there. For 1.3.0 download them from the MEGA link ive put in the description.
This discussion is interesting to me, thank you for your time.
I don't prefer the 1 click install method as it is difficult to tell what and where anything is happening. I get it that its "easier" but it leaves the user with little idea of how the mod works behind the scenes, plus the instructions indicate you must manually install the randomizer anyhow so no time or effort is really being saved from using the 1 click process. I think I discovered the cause of some of the confusion- the readmes have previously referenced different mod version numbers that have seemingly now been deprecated, such as 1.3.1 and a previous 1.3.0 which have now been superseded or simplified into the current 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 (please correct me if I'm wrong). Additionally, the mod appears to be additive? You need 1.2.0 AND 1.3.0 and that's where the increase in file size comes from. Some files are replaced by 1.3.0 so together the mod size will not be simply added together between the two. 1.2.0 is 526 MB, packed. 1.3.0 is 451 MB, packed. Together, they are 743 Mb, when unpacked. 1.2.0 already includes the randomizer.
The manual method works best for me: Unpack 1.2.0 into "Reloaded-II\Mods\bruce", do the same for 1.3.0 to update the mod, make sure the mod is ticked in Reloaded-II and play.
Does this sound correct?
EDIT: I think I'm off base here, will report back after some tinkering. EDIT 2: OK, assuming 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 are NOT additive, manual installation appears to be Unpack 1.3.0 into "...Reloaded-II\Mods\bruce" and then add the randomizer from the mega link on gamebanana to "...Reloaded-II\Mods\bruce\Ryo\SparkingZERO-Win64-Shipping\bgm_main.acb"
Mod now reports at 1.08 GB unpacked.
Mod seems to be working but no sign of the newly added tracks in the bgm selector.
EDIT 3: I think its working as intended? I seem to have access to the new tracks if the randomizer is used, they just don't show up as manual selections in the list.

You saved Sparking Zero for me and all the OG 90s boiz
What does that mean? Is that in the game or what

I'm not looking to spend 30 friggin bucks just to listen to better music in a game I already spent 100 on
