After many years of playing as Lavellan I wanted to see some different racial dialogue, but I've never been into the Qunari visually so I made a Half-Qunari instead.
These are the sliders for my Half-Qunari Half-Elf, Avery. Not perfect or lore accurate at all (unless you like to imagine Mommy Lavellan leaving her clan to be with Daddy Adaar and having kids together, in which case it's probably lore accurate) but I'm pretty satisfied with it.
Hair will look buggy in CC unless you have a mod to prevent it. The Halla Horns, while perfect to display Half-Elven heritage, are a bit far back and don't look right with hair that doesn't cover the forehead. I like the Halla horns personally, but if you don't I'm sorry to say I don't think there's any mod to get actual Qunari style horns or anything close on an Elf. I know it's theoretically possible, I've definitely seen screenshots, but I'm no good with modeling or understanding the coding around the Permanent Earring mod so I cannot help you there. Sorry ;c
obvious statements are obvious but you can just use these sliders and play normally as Lavellan. I found the camera angles and height disparity in most cutscenes as an Elven Tal-Vashoth to be annoying and immersion breaking, so aside from getting to see new dialogue I don't know if I'd recommend it. I've heard if you load Elven Tal-Vashoth AFTER character creation it fixes it, but you also end up with both race flags and that causes certain bugs with race-exclusive dialogues.

♡ Avery is using Mixed Mage Builds with Svarty's Configurable Bows to get their custom bow, Loveless, which gives Bard Passives usually exclusive to Zither in Multiplayer. I put a guide on how to get Zither's passives in a readme if you want em.
