Full Ability Revamp (FAR) - Version 7.0
REQUIREMENTS
* Frosty Manager
* Jaws of Hakkon DLC
* Trespasser DLC
GENERAL
* Increase the cast range of various spells from 20 to 30. These are abilities that must be placed on the ground (e.g. Mark of the Rift, Barrier, Immolate, etc).
* The range increase has already been applied to their respective ability tree (e.g. installing Mage - Inferno will increase Immolate, Fire Mine and Wall of Fire cast range to 30).
CORE
* All DOT can now deal critical damage.
* Burn, Poison and Bleed: DOT interval 2 > 0,5 sec (2 ticks per sec).
* Bleed: damage 5 > 15 per level (max level 20).
* Poison: remove -50% damage penalty on all poison abilities.
* Flanking: set minimum flanking bonus to 0% to prevent DOT abilities from dealing only 1 damage due to innate flanking penalty.
* Bow strafing speed: 30% > 50%.
* Max Mana/Stamina: 200 > 500.
INQUISITOR
* Mark of the Rift: Add 100% physical damage per hit (2 ticks per second, max 20 ticks or 2000% damage)
* Aegis of the Rift: Cooldown 90 > 60.
* Aegis of the Rift (Retributive Strike): Damage 5 > 10 per character level (max level 20).
* Aegis of the Rift (Swift Aegis): Cooldown 60 > 30.
WEAPON AND SHIELD
* Shield Wall: block cost 100% > 50%.
* Shield Wall (Immovable Object): block cost 50% > 25%.
* Payback Strike: damage 200 > 400; revenge bonus 100% > 25%; cost 35 > 20.
* Payback Strike (Sweet Revenge): revenge bonus 200% > 50%.
* Shield Bash: damage 300 > 400; guard damage 800 > 100; cost 35 > 20.
* Shield Bash (Ring the Bell): add 50% damage bonus; guard damage bonus 400 > 100.
* Shield Bash (Crippling Smash): add 25% damage bonus.
* Lunge and Slash: damage 175 > 200; cost 35 > 20.
* Lunge and Slash (Great Lunge): bonus was changed to compensate for the ability limited range; add 25% damage bonus below 2m (250 per hit); damage bonus 50% at 2m (300 per hit); damage bonus 75% at 4m (350 per hit).
* Lunge and Slash (Effortless Lunge): add 25% damage bonus.
TWO HANDED WEAPON
* Block and Slash: damage 150 > 300; cost 10 > 5; block cost 100% > 50%.
* Block and Slash (Flawless Defense): add 33% damage bonus; guard gain 15 > 25.
* Block and Slash (Spinning Defense): damage bonus 200% > 100%; guard gain 15 > 10.
* Mighty Blow: damage 200 > 400; knockdown bonus 100% > 25%; cooldown 16 > 8; cost 50 > 35.
* Mighty Blow (Easy Target): knockdown bonus 150% > 50%.
* Pommel Strike: Cooldown 20 > 8.
* Pommel Strike (Lightning Jab): damage bonus 200 > 100; remove cooldown reduction.
* Whirlwind: damage 70 > 100; cooldown 24 > 8; cost 10 > 15.
* Whirlwind (Rising Wind): damage bonus 15% > 25%.
* Whirlwind (Vortex of Steel): add 50% damage bonus.
* Earthshaking Strike: add one extra hit for the first attack; damage 150 > 200; cooldown 20 > 8; cost 50 > 35.
* Earthshaking Strike (Shattered Ground): burn duration 8 > 2; burn damage 200 > 50 (100 dps); line duration 8 > 2; line width 2 > 3.
* Earthshaking Strike (Tremor): line width 2 > 3.
BATTLEMASTER
* Grappling Chain: cooldown 12 > 8; range 15 > 30.
* Grappling Chain (Give Them the Boot): damage 200 > 300.
* Grappling Chain (Chain for Days): add 4 seconds cooldown reduction; radius 5 > 10.
* Combat Roll (Roll with It): now removes Burn and Poison - on top of default ailments (Chill, Freeze, Stun, Panic and Knockdown).
* Combat Roll (Coming Through): bug fix - ability deals 500% weapon damage, instead of 250% as per description.
* Horn of Valor: duration 10 > 16; cooldown 18 > 24.
* War Horn: cooldown 24 > 16.
* War Horn (Seize the Moment): snare duration 3 > 4; panic cd 10 > 8; stun cd 20 > 16.
VANGUARD
* Challenge: remove cost; cooldown 16 > 8.
* Charging Bull: bug fix - the cost is 15% stamina per second instead of a flat 5 as per description.
* Charging Bull (Gore and Trample): add 33% damage bonus.
* Livid: cooldown 32 > 24.
* Bodyguard: damage transfer 50 > 80; duration 15 > 24; cooldown 24 > 32.
* Bodyguard (Not Today): damage resistance 50 > 80.
CHAMPION
* Line in the Sand: add 20% damage bonus, damage resistance and critical chance; cooldown 20 > 16.
* To the Death: range 15 > 30; projectile speed 12 > 24; cooldown 32 > 8.
* To the Death (En Garde): description fix - actual guard gain is 10%.
* To the Death (Who's Next?): duration 10 > 20.
* Walking Fortress: cooldown 32 > 24.
* Walking Fortress (Focused Defense): focus gain 1 > 5.
* Resilience: stun chance 5 > 25.
* Counterstrike: add 100% ranged and magic defense; duration 6/12/20 > 10/20/30.
REAVER
* Ring of Pain: DOT interval 2 > 0.5; DOT damage 15 > 25; damage bonus 1,25% > 0,5% per missing health; cost 10 > 5 per sec; disable friendly fire.
* Devour: damage 100 > 250; damage bonus 2% > 0,5% per missing health; cost 65 > 35.
* Devour (Consume): critical bonus 25 > 100.
* Dragon-Rage: add 10 stamina recovery per hit; damage 150 > 250; damage bonus 1%/2%/3% > 0,5% per missing health.
* Dragon-Rage (Ravage): Devour cooldown reduction 2 > 1.
* Dragon-Rage (Leashed Fury): cooldown 5 > 2.
* Fervor: duration 5 > 10.
* Scenting Blood: health threshold 35 > 50.
* Rampage: duration 10 > 20.
TEMPLAR
* Blessed Blades: damage bonus 15% > 20% (demons only).
* Blessed Blades (In Their Blood): duration 10 > 20.
* Spell Purge: add 800% weapon damage (all enemy types); cooldown 24 > 16; diameter 5 > 6.
* Spell Purge (Spell Shatter): damage bonus 600 > 400 (only when dispelling enemy buffs).
* Spell Purge (Annulment): extend Blessed Blades damage bonus to spellcasters.
* Wrath of Heaven: damage 400 > 800 (all enemy types); cooldown 24 > 16; cost 65 > 35; radius 4 > 6; disable friendly fire.
* Wrath of Heaven (Embrace the Light): damage bonus 300 > 200.
* There Is No Darkness: elemental resistance 10 > 20.
* Rally: duration 15 > 20.
DOUBLE DAGGERS
* Flank Attack: damage 200 > 300.
* Flank Attack (Bleeding Flanks): add description for bleed damage; bleed duration 10 > 5.
* Twin Fangs: change animation to Unyielding Fangs; damage 200 > 300; flanking bonus 100% > 50%; range 1,3 > 2 m; cost 50 > 35.
* Twin Fangs (Ripping Fangs): change animation to Unyielding Fangs; flanking bonus 150% > 100%.
* Parry: damage 100 > 800.
* Parry (Effortless Riposte): add 25% damage bonus.
* Parry (Patient Riposte): add 25% damage bonus.
* Spinning Blades: damage 75 > 125; cooldown 16 > 8; cost 65 > 35.
* Spinning Blades (Flurry): number of hits 1 > 6.
* Deathblow: remove health threshold requirement for the second hit; damage 200 > 300; damage bonus 3% > 1% per missing/remaining health; range 1,3 > 2 m; cost 50 > 35.
* Deathblow (Thrill of Victory): damage bonus 50% > 33%.
* Deathblow (Surprise Attack): add 33% damage bonus.
* Spinning Blades: range 1,3 > 2m.
* Unforgiving Chain: critical bonus 2 > 5.
ARCHERY
* Long Shot: damage 200 > 600; damage bonus 300% > 50%; range threshold 10 > 5; cost 50 > 35.
* Long Shot (Eagle Eye): damage bonus 600% > 100%; range threshold 20 > 10.
* Leaping Shot: bug fix - Varric cannot launch any projectiles if he has an attack speed buff; bug fix - ability multiplier was doubled and then halved; cooldown 12 > 8.
* Explosive Shot: damage 200 > 300; fire damage 200 > 300; diameter 4 > 6; cost 50 > 35.
* Explosive Shot (Chain Reaction): damage bonus 25% > 12,5% (max 50%).
* Full Draw: add description for health threshold; health threshold 90 > 80; damage bonus 100% > 50%; cooldown 24 > 8; cost 65 > 35.
* Full Draw (Stunning Shot): duration 20 > 4.
* Death from Above: max height 2 > 1.
* Pincushion: bug fix - the bonus is 7,5% instead of 5% as per description; duration 10 > 5.
SABOTAGE
* Poisoned Weapon: buff duration 10 > 24; cooldown 24 > 32; poison duration 8 > 4; poison damage 35 > 50 (100 dps).
* Poisoned Weapon (Infected Weapon): damage bonus 15% > 20% (normal attack only).
* Caltrops: allow usage without breaking Stealth; description fix - damage per hit, not per second; slow duration 30 > 8.
* Caltrops (Tread Lightly): add description for bleed damage; bleed duration 10 > 5.
* Hook and Tackle: cooldown 12 > 8.
* Hook and Tackle (No Escape): duration 8 > 12.
* Toxic Cloud: remove -65% damage penalty; poison duration 8 > 4; damage 15 > 50 (100 dps); cooldown 32 > 16; cost 50 > 35.
* Toxic Cloud (Contact Poison): cooldown reduction -5 > -4.
* Toxic Cloud (Lost in the Mist): elusive interval 2 > 0,5 sec.
* Throwing Blades: damage 100 > 150; range 15 > 30; cooldown 12 > 8; cost 50 > 35.
* Throwing Blades (Precision Targeting): physical resistance debuff per hit -50% (bugged) > -12,5%; add duration to description.
* Throwing Blades (Fistful of Daggers): number of hits 1 > 6.
SUBTERFUGE
* Stealth: add description for damage bonus (50%); duration 30 > 12; cooldown 24 > 16.
* Knockout Powder: duration 10 > 4; cooldown 20 > 8.
* Knockout Powder (Deep Sleep): duration bonus 10 > 4.
* Knockout Powder (Rude Awakening): damage 600 > 900; sleep duration -5 > -3.
* Shadow Strike: damage 400 > 600; stamina recovery 70 > 50; cooldown 16 > 8; remove cost.
* Shadow Strike (Quick Blade): add description for damage bonus; stack with bonus from Stealth.
* Shadow Strike (Long Shadow): add 33% damage bonus.
* Evasion: dodge chance 10 > 25.
ARTIFICER
* Spike Trap: damage 300 > 800; radius 2 > 4.
* Spike Trap (Pyrotechnics): radius 4 > 8.
* Spike Trap (Shrapnel): add description for bleed damage; bleed duration 10 > 5.
* Elemental Mines: burn/shock/chill duration 8 > 4; cooldown 24 > 16; cost 50 > 35.
* Elemental Mines (One-Shot): add -8 sec cooldown reduction; damage 500 > 800; burn/shock/chill duration 8 > 4.
* Hail of Arrows: duration 12/25/40 > 8/16/24.
ASSASSIN
* Hidden Blades: damage 300 > 200; cooldown 32 > 8; cost 65 > 35.
* Hidden Blades (Overkill): remove cooldown reduction.
* Hidden Blades (No Witnesses): add 50% damage bonus.
* Knockout Bomb: duration 10 > 4; cooldown 20 > 8; diameter 3 > 6.
* Knockout Bomb (Comatose): flanking bonus 75% > 50%.
* Knockout Bomb (Dream of Pain): add description for bleed damage; bleed duration 10 > 5.
* Mark of Death: allow usage without breaking Stealth; add homing property; triggered mark damage 100% > 125%; expired mark damage 50% > 100%; cooldown 32 > 8.
* Mark of Death (Mark of Doom): expired mark damage 25% > 50%.
* Mark of Death (Lasting Mark): expired mark damage 75% > 125%; duration bonus 4 > 2.
* Gaps in the Armor: change 25% armor penetration > 25% damage bonus.
* Cloak of Shadow: duration 3/6/9 > 8/16/24.
TEMPEST
* Flask of Frost: allow usage without breaking Stealth; add 30% damage and 10% critical chance bonus; buff duration 5 > 6; chill duration 5 > 4; freeze duration 1 > 3; cooldown 32 > 24.
* Flask of Fire: allow usage without breaking Stealth; buff duration 5 > 6; cooldown 32 > 24.
* Flask of Fire (Flaming Chain): add 20% damage and critical chance bonus.
* Flask of Lightning: allow usage without breaking Stealth; add 30% critical chance and 10% damage bonus; speed reduction 60 > 80; buff duration 5 > 6; cooldown 32 > 24.
* Flask of Lightning (Thunderstruck): speed reduction bonus 39 > 19.
* Ride the Storm: duration bonus 3 > 2.
* Thousand Cuts: number of hits 12/25/38 > 12/24/36.
SPIRIT
* Barrier: cost 50 > 35.
* Dispel (Strengthened Veil): damage reduction 40 > 50.
* Mind Blast: radius 5 > 10.
* Mind Blast (Fortifying Blast): barrier gain 10 > 20.
* Mind Blast (Cleansing Blast): add 4 sec cooldown reduction.
* Revival: cost 85 > 50.
* Revival (Life Ward): damage resistance 25 > 50.
* Revival (Desperation): cost 30 > 35.
WINTER
* Winter's Grasp: damage 200 > 1000; cost 65 > 35.
* Winter's Grasp (Winter's Chill): add 4 sec cooldown reduction; add number of hits and damage per hit to description; main target receives 2 hits while others receive 1 hit; damage per hit 1000 > 500.
* Winter's Grasp (Winter's Ruin): damage bonus 1000% > 100%.
* Fade Step: cooldown 12 > 8.
* Fade Step (Frost Step): damage 300 > 600.
* Wall of Ice: cost 50 > 35.
* Wall of Ice (Glacial Strength): bug fix - cooldown reduction is 15 sec instead of 8 sec as per description.
* Blizzard: DOT interval 2 > 0,5 sec; DOT damage 75 > 125 (250 dps).
* Blizzard (Winter Winds): cost 40 > 35.
* Ice Mine (Brittle Glyph): add -25% magic resistance penalty for 6 sec.
* Winter Stillness: idle threshold 3 > 1.
STORM
* Chain Lightning: damage 250 > 500; distance 5 > 8 m; cooldown 8 > 12; cost 50 > 35.
* Chain Lightning (Arcing Surge): distance bonus 1 > 4 m.
* Chain Lightning (Never Strikes Twice): damage 250/750/1250/2250 > 500/1000/1500/2000; distance 4 > 8 m.
* Energy Barrage: damage 66 > 50; cooldown 16 > 8; cost 50 > 20.
* Energy Barrage (Energy Storm): damage bonus 34 > 50.
* Lightning Bolt: damage 200 > 1600; cooldown 24 > 16; paralyze duration 2 > 4; paralyze duration bonus 1 > 0,5; diameter 4 > 6.
* Lightning Bolt (Exploding Bolt): damage bonus 100% > 12,5% per additional enemy (max 50%).
* Lightning Bolt (Lightning Cascade): paralyze duration penalty -1 > -0,5.
* Static Cage: cooldown 32 > 24; cost 65 > 35.
* Static Cage (Tethering Cage): damage 100 > 400 per sec (divided in 4 hits).
* Stormbringer: damage 300 > 1000; cooldown 15 > 12.
INFERNO
* Flashfire: bug fix - this ability only receives half the bonus of Chaotic Focus; damage 300 > 1200; fear duration 8 > 4; cooldown 20 > 16; cost 65 > 35.
* Flashfire (Blistering Pain): add 33% damage bonus; fear duration bonus 8 > 4.
* Flashfire (Blazing Trails): trail duration 5 > 4; burn duration 8 > 4.
* Immolate: damage 300 > 400; burn duration 8 > 4; burn damage 75 > 100 (200 dps).
* Immolate (Wildfire): damage bonus 100 > 200; burn damage bonus 75 > 50 (300 dps).
* Fire Mine: damage 1600 > 1200.
* Fire Mine (Searing Glyph): add 50% damage bonus; burn duration 8 > 4.
* Wall of Fire: wall duration 20 > 4; burn duration 8 > 4; burn damage 200 > 300 (600 dps); cooldown 32 > 24.
* Wall of Fire (Lasting Flames): burn duration bonus 4 > 2.
* Chaotic Focus: add description for damage bonus, 2% damage bonus for each 1% barrier consumed; max 100%.
KNIGHT-ENCHANTER
* Spirit Blade: remove cost.
* Spirit Blade (Defending Blade): add 100% guard/barrier damage bonus; add 10 mana recovery per hit.
* Spirit Blade (Amplified Blade): add 33% damage bonus; charge gain 10 > 20.
* Fade Cloak: cooldown 12 > 16.
* Fade Cloak (Decloacking Blast): damage 1000 > 2000; radius 1 > 4m.
* Fade Cloak (Enduring Cloak): additional duration 3 > 5; max duration ((-1 * 1 + 100) / 100 * additional duration) + 2
* Disruption Field: cost 65 > 35.
* Disruption Field (Charged Disruption): charge gain bonus 3 > 5.
* Combat Clarity: diameter 3 > 10.
* Resurgence: heal 2,5/10/25 > 5/10/15.
NECROMANCER
* Horror: cost 50 > 35.
* Horror (Despair): DOT interval 2 > 0,25; spirit damage 50 > 100 (400 dps).
* Spirit Mark: DOT interval 2 > 0,25; DOT duration 12 > 8; spirit damage 50 > 100 (400 dps); cooldown 20 > 24; cost 50 > 35.
* Spirit Mark (Lingering Mark): spirit damage 100 > 150 (600 dps).
* Spirit Mark (Wisp of the Fallen): duration 30 > 90.
* Walking Bomb: description fix - explosion damage will now display its true; DOT interval 2 > 0,25; DOT duration 12 > 4; cooldown 20 > 24; cost 65 > 35.
* Walking Bomb (Concentrated Detonation): explosion damage 2000 > 2400.
* Death Siphon: mana recovery 20 > 40.
* Simulacrum: duration 10 > 15.
* Power of the Dead: duration 10 > 20.
* Haste: duration 6/12/20 > 8/16/24.
RIFT MAGE
* Stonefist: damage 500 > 1600; cooldown 8 > 16; cost 50 > 35.
* Stonefist (Unblockable Force): add 25% damage bonus; guard damage bonus 250 > 100.
* Veilstrike: add 2000% weapon damage.
* Pull of the Abyss: cooldown 32 > 24; cost 65 > 35.
* Pull of the Abyss (Devouring Veil): damage 500 > 2000.
* Firestorm: bug fix - the ability only use Tier 1 or 2 regardless of focus level; description fix - Tier 3 should only spawn 45 meteors, not 55; damage 150 > 300.
HIGHER PROMOTION CHANCE (OPTIONAL)
Increase enemy promotion chance while using Walk Softly trial to 25%/50%/75%/100%, depending on your difficulty setting.
UNLEASHED (OPTIONAL)
Same revamp as Specialization mods, but these ones will grant you extra focus points when you use certain abilities. Do NOT use together with Specialization mods if they affect the same ability tree; choose one or the other.
* To the Death (En Garde): 5 focus per hit.
* To the Death (Who's Next?): 30 focus on kill.
* Dragon-Rage: 3 focus per hit.
* Spell Purge: 30 focus on use.
* Opportunity Knocks: 0,5 focus per critical hit.
* Mark of Death: 30 focus on use.
* Flask of Frost: 30 focus on use.
* Flask of Fire: 30 focus on use.
* Flask of Lightning: 30 focus on use.
* Spirit Blade: 5 focus per hit.
* Horror: 20 focus on use.
* Walking Bomb 20 focus on use.
* Veilstrike: 20 focus on use.
* Pull of the Abyss: 20 focus on use.
UNLOCKED ACCESSORIES (OPTIONAL)
* Remove the class restriction from Amulet of Barrier, Amulet of Death Syphon, Amulet of Second Wind, Andraste's Sacrifice, Malika's Guard and Ring of Doubt.
* Belt of Urgency will always increase attack speed (during combat only) regardless of health level. If it doesn't immediately trigger, reduce your health first to activate the effect and it should remain even after you heal.
