******** List of Changes ********

----- General -----

- Bugfixed descriptions for most skills. If you see values different from the original description that are not mentioned in the change list, this is likely
because the description was incorrect. For the most part, additive damage bonuses will now have a trailing 'weapon damage' while multiplicative ones won't.
Also, damage per second values have been corrected to match the actual dps for skills that tick every 2s.
- All of the Skill Enhancing Rings that were bugged have been fixed.
- Bleed effect no longer shows critical text even though it cannot crit.
- Panic status effect can now be combo detonated (Impact - Basic, Precision - Rupture, Eldritch - Basic).
- Nightmare Combo (Sleep + Eldritch) damage is reduced from 800% to 650%, as the panic effect can be further comboed upon.
- Sleep combo (Shocked + Weakened) is disabled. No more infinite combos, but it's easier to keep targets shocked and weakened at the same time.
- Focus gained is increased by 20% to encourage the use of focus abilities.
- Max Barrier scaling with weapon damage is reduced by -25% to make them feel less like a temporary god mode.
- Traps and Damage over Time skills no longer scale with bonus flanking damage.
- Elusive stacks now decay while being out of combat by 1 stack every 2s.
- Belt of Retaliation now returns damage equal to 10 x character level instead of giving the It'll Cost You effect. This was done because of the changes to the passive.

Necromancer:
- Haste: dur 6/12/20->7/14/21
- Spirit Mark: Target takes 10% more damage from all sources, dur 12->15, ticks every second instead of 2
- Walking Bomb: no longer deals damage on impact, ticks every second instead of 2
* Ring bonus: dmg 83.3%->60%
- Horror: dur 6->8, cd 24->20
* Despair: ticks every second instead of 2
- Death Siphon: siphoned mana 20->25
- Blinding Terror: dmg bonus 15%->20%
- Simulacrum: No longer triggers if Guardian Spirit is active

Knight-Enchanter:
- Resurgence->Rally: stat bonus 10%/20%/30%->15%/30%/45%, dur 15->12
* Ring bonus: dur 3->4
- Spirit Blade: dmg 150%->175%
* Amplified Blade: charge per hit 10->15
* Ring bonus: dmg 50%->55%
- Disruption Field: aoe 3->3.5, cost 65->50, bugfixed (vfx was not stopping with pause), can be cast while moving

- Knight-Protector: Bugfixed to reduce decay rate only on barriers cast by the owner

Rift Mage:
- Firestorm: dmg 150%->250%, bugfixed (no longer uses tier 2 version at all times)
* Ring bonus: dmg 30%->75%
- Veilstrike: dmg 0%->200%, applies weakened(10s), cd 24->16, Impact Detonator
* Punching Down: applies weakened->dmg(+100%), cost reduction 15->10
* Wounded Veil: aoe 5->6, cast speed increased by 10%, bugfixed (now properly reduces cooldown by 50% instead of -12s)
- Stonefist: applies weakened(10s), cd 8->12
* Unblockable Force: dmg 0%->100%, bonus guard dmg 250%->750%
- Pull of the Abyss: dur 12->10 (bugfixed, was lasting ~6.5 seconds)
- Restorative Veil: Restores 5 mana per hit instead of 10% of damage dealth, swapped with Encircling Veil

Spirit:
- Barrier: Delay before decay starts 1s->1.5s (Energetic Defense is still 5s)
* Ring bonus: bugfixed (no longer gives +15 mana cost and +10 cd)
- Dispel: barrier dmg 100%-67%-50%-34%-25% -> 100%-100%-67%-50%-50%(grunt-lieutenant-heavy-miniboss-boss), cast speed increased by 10%
* Transmute Magic: Bonus triggers when dispelling allies and glyphs
- Mind Blast: aoe 5->6, can be cast while moving
* Fortifying Blast: barrier gain per hit 10%->25%
- Revival: cost 85->65
- Strength of Spirits: barrier bonus 50%->35%

Storm:
- Chain Lightning: cost 65->50
* Never Strikes Twice: bugfixed damage (multipliers per jump were 1x-3x-5x-9x instead of 1x-2x-4x-8x)
* Ring bonus: dmg 50%->75%
- Energy Barrage:
* Energy Bombardment: magic resistance reduction -2%->-2.5%
* Energy Storm: dmg 100%->34%, bugfixed to actually apply the bonus damage
* Ring bonus: dmg 12%->20%
- Lightning Bolt: dmg 200% ->800%, paralyze dur 2s per nearby enemy->4s+1 per nearby enemy(was bugged, lasting 1s at all times)
* Exploding Bolt: dmg 0%->200%, bugfixed(damage bonus per nearby enemy was not working, was not knocking secondary targets)
* Lightning Cascade: paralyze dur 1s->6s(-1s per extra target until 2.5s cap), deals aoe damage scaling down with extra targets(-100% wd/target until 400% cap)
* Ring bonus: dmg->cdr(-7.2s)
- Static Cage: paralyze dur 2->2.5, dur 8->9
* Tethering Cage: now deals 150% wd/s inside the cage and double damage outside
* Ring bonus: dur 2.5->3
- Stormbringer: cd 15->12
- Static Charge: bugfixed (was not dealing damage)

Inferno:
- Flashfire: dmg 300%->500%, dur 8->6, cd 20->16, cost 65->50, increased screen shake on impact

* Ring bonus: dur 4->3
- Hidden Blades: dmg 300%->200%, cd 32->24, cost 65->50, can be cast while moving
- Knockout Bomb: benefits from Enhanced Knockout Powder Ring, can be cast while moving
* Comatose: bugfixed flanking bonus damage to actually apply
- Death Mark: can be cast while moving
- Gaps in the Armor: Bugfixed to add the specified 25% armor pen

Tempest:
- Thousand Cuts: number of hits 12/25/38 -> 12/24/36
- Flask of Frost: dur 5->6, freeze dur 1->2.5, aoe 2->1
- Flask of Fire: dur 5->6
- Flask of Lightning: dur 5->6
- Ride The Storm: bonus dur 3->2

Artificier:
- Hail of Arrows: dur 12/25/40->12/24/36, can be cast while moving

* Throw Everything: removed delay before throwing additional mines, bugfixed (removed hidden 125% wd bonus, now properly switches from One-Shot)
* One-Shot: dmg 500%->400%(offset for the Set Them Up fix), Ice mine freeze dur 1.5s->2.5s, Lightning mine paralyze dur 1.5s->2.5s, trigger distance 0.05->0.1
- Set Them Up: Applies to Caltrops, Toxic Cloud and Hidden Step decoy, bugfixed damage bonuses on Spike Trap and One-Shot mine
- Tricks of the Trade: Bugfixed to give the stated 10% damage bonus

Double Daggers:
- Twin Fangs: jump attack animation speed increased by 25%
* Unyielding Fangs: dmg 0%->50%
* Ripping Fangs: bugfixed (now applies sunder only from behind)
* Ring bonus: dmg 66%->75%
- Parry: dmg 100%->300%, cost 10->15
* Effortless Riposte: now gives +100% weapon dmg, bugfixed (no longer restores 35 stamina instead of its cost)
* Patient Riposte: cost/s 5->10 (was actually 6 stamina/s)

- Spinning Blades: dmg 75%->90%
* Flurry: bugfixed (was hitting once instead of 5 times), can be cast while moving

- Throwing Blades:
* Precision Targeting: Bugfixed(was giving 50% bonus damage per knife instead of the stated 25%)
* Fistful of Daggers: Precision Detonator, dmg 100%->400%(was bugged, dmg was supposed to be 300% wd), bugfixed sunder dur (the extra 6s did not apply), increased screen shake on impact
- Cheap Shot: Bugfixed (was lasting 12s instead of the stated 6s)

Subterfuge:
- Stealth: now lasts until cancelled just like Skirmisher and Shot from the Shadows, can now be used to cancel other stealth effects
* Clinging Shadows: bugfixed (now properly cancels when stealth is cast while the effect is active)
- Knockout Powder:
* Deep Sleep: dur 10->0 (only makes the target wake up slower when damaged), bugfixed(target was waking up slower only when hit by the rogue)
* Rude Awakening: dur -5->+5 (longer sleep that ends with a bang)
* Ring bonus: dur 3->5
- Shadow Strike:
* Long Shadows: can be cast while moving
* Ring bonus: dmg 133%->150%
- Evade:
* Shadow Step: cdr 0->-0.8
- Evasion: Dodge chance 10%->15%
- Ambush: Bugfixed (did not work while stealthed, duration was 3s instead of the stated 6s)
- Mercy Killing: Also grants criticals against Paralyzed foes

- Blessed Blades: bugfixed (no longer secretly reduces Spell Purge and Wrath of Heaven cooldowns by 8s if cast within)
* Lights in the Shadow: bugfixed (now properly reduces the cooldown of Spell Purge and Wrath of Heaven by -0.5s per hit when inside)
- Wrath of Heaven: cooldown starts even if nobody is hit
* Embrace the Light: dmg 300%->200%
* Breath of Light: heal 10%->20%, can be cast while moving

Reaver:
- Rampage: stats bonus 10%/20%/30%->12%/24%/36%, lifesteal->guard on hit(15% at all ranks), dur 10->12, can be cast while moving
* Ring bonus: dur 3->4
- Ring of Pain: dmg 15%->30%(every 2s), dmg now correctly scales with missing health, aoe 7.5->8, cost 10->5 (was actually 5% of total stamina)
* Torrent of Pain: Devour cost -20%->-30%, Dragon-Rage generates 10% guard instead of costing less hp
* Painbringer: bugfixed (no longer deals physical dmg instead of spirit), can be cast while moving
- Devour: cost 65->50, base heal 0.2%->0.35%, RoP heal 0.4%->0.5%, Impact Detonator

* Ring bonus: also increases max dash range by 33%
- Bear Mauls the Wolves: bugfixed (no longer reduces backstabs to 1 dmg)

Vanguard:
- Taunt: can be cast while moving
* Ring bonus: dur 2.5->3
- War Cry:
* Call to Arms: Bugfixed the armor buff to refresh instead of stacking to potentially huge amounts
* Ring bonus: dur 2.5->3
- Charging Bull: bugfixed (now costs the stated 5 stamina/s instead of 15 or 10 with Gore and Trample, generates 10% guard on hit instead of 11%)
* Ring bonus: guard on hit 10%->15%
- Bodyguard: aoe 15->16
* Over Here: bugfixed to actually taunt enemies
- It'll Cost You: returns 50% of received damage -> 60% of character armor rating (front armor rating is used for hits from a 90 degree frontal angle)
- Untouchable Defense: swapped with It'll Cost You
- Trust the Steel: bugfixed (front armor rating was increased based on normal armor rating instead of itself)
- Cutting Words: swapped with Trust the Steel

Battlemaster:
- Grappling Chain: cd 12->14
* Give Them the Boot: dmg 200%->250%, bugfixed (was dealing double damage)
* Ring bonus: dmg->cdr(-4.2s)
- Combat Roll: cd 2->2.5
* Roll With It: cost reduction 0->-10
* Coming Through: 250%->200%, bugfixed (was dealing double damage)
- Horn of Valor: dur 10s->12s, can be cast while moving
* That's the Spirit: dmg +15%->+10%
