Hey thanks for the awesome mod! Would you be willing to share Xavier's sliders? He looks great and I wanted to use him as basis for my Human Inquisitor
Love this stubble pack! On an unrelated note, what is the complexion pack that you used for the inquisitors in the screenshots? Those faces are gorgeous!
I can't get this mod working.... I have installed it with frosty but I don't see it show up in the character creation screen. I also have the hair mod dlc fix installed.
Thank you SO MUCH! I, at first, didn't get if something has changed since my Inquisitor doesn't have stubble. And I completely forgot which mod of those 50 I installed does what. But then Hawke appeared. My beloved beaded grumbler. The moment I realized that every beard and even stubble now looks like actual hairs and not drops of dirt was magnificent. Oh. Really good work. It looks even better in-game than on screenshots. Just my eternal gratitude to you.
Hi! could you make a version for frosty 1.59? some of my favourite armor replacements for male elves just break and cause problems like infinite loading screens and all that hassle when updating the mod manager and I love how your mod looks on my character! If you don't want to do it there's no problem! i don't know how to mod Dragon age inquisition but i know that it's a bit of a headache
EDIT: nevermind, the last frosty update fixed these problems, amazing mods my scruffy elf is v happy xD
Seems like the mod is compiled for Frosty 1.6.0 alpha. I am using Frosty 1.59 and it crashes whenever I try to import the mod. Is it possible to create another version for Frosty 1.5.9?
I am using 1.0.6.0 Alpha 5 and I'm having the same problem. When I import the mod, Frosty Mod Manager just "stops working" and closes. Hope the author can help!
I am using 1.0.6.0 Alpha 5 and once again same problem. The mod doesn't appear in Frosty Manager (it's definitely in the mods folder) and when I try to add it it just crashes. Could you please help?
I used 1.0.6.0 BETA 4 to create the mod, so that's likely why you're having this issue. The latest versions of Frosty Mod Manager and Editor are in the discord, but also in this link: https://frostytoolsuite.com/downloads.html Give the BETA 4 a go and see if that fixes the issue.
I could attempt to make a version compatible with an older version of Frosty, but please bear in mind I learnt how to make mods on a very beginner level with Frosty the same day I made this mod, so I'm very much learning on the go and not super knowledgeable about how to fix certain issues. According to my friend who had more experience than me, however, had said that the issue is likely just as simple as having the most recent version of Frosty installed.
Thank you so much! I'm genuinely amazed it took this long for something like this to come out; I've been lamenting the poor quality of the vanilla stubble since the game's release. I had been getting by with a nice mod that makes the stubble more sparse and subtle--which is still much better than the gross texture BioWare made, but this is just what I needed all along. And it's just in time for my Hawke's introduction, who really just doesn't look right without the full, thick stubble. It's hard to properly translate his face from DA2 to DAI anyway, but the stubble is what makes the biggest difference.
I'm honestly just as surprised as you are. I'd been waiting for the longest time for a stubble texture mod to be released and just in general better mods for male characters in general but it never seemed to come! So I just decided to see if I could learn how to use Frosty Editor to try and make my own instead because none of the stubble textures looked like my Hawke. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been wanting a mod like this! So I'm glad to have been able to created it for people to use, even if my mod making skills are still at beginner level.

Thank you again for this wonderful mod!
