I just started playing this about 10 days ago, started on hard and with a few of the hardest trials on (OG gamer from back in the day, I don’t like easy games lol) got about 120 hours in and haven’t even gotten to 1/2 way point of game and hit level 27 just to find out I already hit max level …seems like this game wasn’t made for the hardcore completionist (even starting from hard w/trials) wicked bummed to say the least …this mod saved my game, ty dude, a lot, cuz I haven’t enjoyed a game this much in literally years …hats off to you bro, ty!!!

I'm having the same issue. No one seems to have resolved it.

120 hours and half way through the game? I respect the dedication to check every tiny corner of every area in the game.

Mod causes infinite loading screen on launch. Im using about 25 other mods so I assume its conflicting with something.

Edit: Put it at the bottom of my load order and that seemed to fix the problem with launching the game if any more issues come up I'll update this post.

Only for Frosty? We fossils who stick to DAI mod manager cannot have this little wonder which is sorely missed? ;-)

Its not hard to use both types at the same time.

      --- To Install ---
      Install .DAI mods first
      Go to the Update folder
      something like C:\EAgames\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update

You will have 2 folders to edit:
      "Patch"
      "Patch_ModManagerMerge"

Backup the Patch folder and delete the old one
      Rename Patch_ModManagerMerge to Patch

      Install Frosty mods and launch

      --- Uninstall/Updating .DAI mods  ---
      Delete renamed Patch folder
      Restore the backup Patch folder

It's a long shot, but... does this also address the ability points cap? That causes inevitable crashes when over 99.

No, never heard of the issue.  Is it over 99 unallocated points or 99 total?

Allocated. As soon as you allocate skill point 100 in any tree, the game starts crashing. There have been a couple attempts at solving it, but none of them work anymore.

How many ability points do you get? As in, how likely are you to even reach 99 APs when just playing normally? Would you even be able to reach lvl 50?

Not normally. This happens when you're using mods that increase the level of AP points you can earn. So you either use one of those, or this one. Otherwise, you'll reach the 99 allocated mark and start crashing

Thanks for making this mod to fix the issues with the original.

I have a slight problem.  when I disable the mod from the original and load my game, it's still broken with the freeze at menus and the mobs lvling.
I had hoped installing this would undo or fix my game, but it doesn't at all.

Have any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?  Using frosty.

Also if I launch the game with no mods (without launching from Frosty) everything is back to normal.

Does this only change max character level or also the max level of the Inquisition itself?

Is it possible to go higher than level 50 ?
    Level 99 would be nice . . .

      Any thoughts ??
99 would appear to be the absolute maximum . . .

Hmm, I dropped from level 27 to level 23 when I added this mod.

I seem to have kept all of my skills, though.

    Odd.

Tis nice to see experience gaining again, though.

I just levelled up to 24 and gained a skill point.

Unfortunately, I cannot use it.  I see a red message saying "Some features on this screen are currently unavailable". :(

Edit: If I disable the mod, apply the point and re-enable I keep the point but I'm back to level 23.  Is anybody else experiencing this?

Hi, a query, does the mod modify the amount of experience you gain or lower the exp required to level up? I read that to get to the level 27 lvl cap you need around 800.000 exp points, if you need 8.000.000 to get to lvl 50 with this mod, should I install a 10x experience multiplier mod or something like that?

Been using this for a bit.  All NPC and the PC seem to be advancing through these higher levels as expected.
